Thank you for the review. One of my essential concerns was the battery life and thank you for clarifying that. My remaining two concerns are what kind of storage cards does it use / is it one that allows for large amounts of date to be stored? And, most essentially, is it able to and effective in taking / showing still stereo images (like the ones the original toy viewers would produce)?
Is it possible to view this on TH-cam through old-school 3D glasses . Or is it only possible through a VR headset. I know I can buy a pair of glasses for cheap on Amazon but don't want to waste money if it's not going to be a good experience.
It is indeed a fun camera. That is a great question. I have not attempted to do that, so I cannot say for certain, but I would expect this is possible.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, there are some definite improvements that would be nice to see. I like the uniqueness of what can be achieved with this camera and it does do many things well but higher resolution footage and some improved features would be nice.
What's the latest firmware? Mine came with v1.16.5 and I don't get any prompts for updating firmware. Also, on the screen in the top right corner isn't that supposed to be an assignable button? Can't change it or get it to do anything. Edit: never mind, I had to press the icon in the app on the top right in the camera search screen. How weird!
@@GreatDayForAHike it did prompt be for an update after that. It’s on version 2.something now and I can customize the button on the top right of the screen, although it’s pretty limited. After the update the system froze during a recording though (which initiated with the button on the touch screen). It’s working fine now though
Why does my app doesn't let me upload to youtube or any other app? I already updated but it keeps telling me that i can't upload 3d contetnt to youtube 🤔
Videos cannot be exported from QooCam (Firmware 2.5.8) to the album of a Samsung S8 or Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 in the QooCam app (App 4.3.1). Samsung S8 only copies empty directories. Galaxy Tab A8 crashes before exporting files. What's wrong?
Great question. I don’t own any Samsung phones or tablets so I cannot say for sure what the issue is but it seems like these is something preventing these systems from talking to each other properly.

Nice video. Looks like a cool camera. Can the photos be printed out so you can use them in a stereoscopic viewer?
It is indeed a fun camera. That is a great question. I have not attempted to do that, so I cannot say for certain, but I would expect this is possible.
Thx for video. Can I use a smartphone gimbal with that Ego cam? Which gimbal do you recommend?
I don't believe so. At least not one that I am aware of.

Great question. I don't believe it can connect wireless to a mic, but I will say the built-in mic did a decent job with sound.
How you get imagery on to Oculus Quest 2?
I am not certain of the specifics for doing this as I don't own an Oculus Quest 2.

Which app are you referring to? If you mean the Kandao app I don’t think you can upload direct to YT with that app.
