can Arc Steven + Arc Cynthia also duo this ?
If Arc Cynthia has a way to lower the atk and spatk then it's possible.
Also you need luck god's blessing on Steven to pull off any duoing
@@jerjok1 I tried a few times, doesn’t seem possible. You can’t keep up with the spa buffs so her second sync kills them from full even on a non crit.
I tried but it seems impossible, i have steven at 4/5 and cynthia at 3/5, i could just complete it after i added ss gladion into the team so i had a way to lower latios spa
