So happy you have figured out what works for you. I can’t seem to figure out what my calorie limit should be. I have used the apps to try to figure out how many calories to eat but nothing seems to be working for me frustrating to say the least
So sorry, Raquel. It took a lot of time and guess and check for me. It's still a work in progress. I also make sure I check in with my doctor from time to time for advice or just to make sure everything's everything's okay.

I would also love to be back in the 140s. 145 is where I feel my absolute best but I'm also realizing as I get older I might need to just be ok with fluctuating through my typical range (145-155) and be happy and enjoy it when I am at the lower end:) One thing I would love to see a video about but I'm not sure if you could speak to is hormonal changes for women in our age range and how that affects weight and body composition. Not that you'd speak as an expert but it's a topic I'm just super interested in/curious about.
Molly, I agree. I was just very comfortable in that weight range, but I also recognize it just might not be in the cards long term. Life's too short to fret over a couple pounds. So I'll try to get back to that comfortable weight, but I also try to keep in mind I may have to accept a different set point. I've also wondered about hormonal changes. Right now, I can't really point to any, but I'm sure I've experienced some and just don't realize it, yet.
Yesssssss this is why I count calories too. Mainly because to me there aren't any "free" foods. Also I don't beat myself up over high points foods. As long as the calories fit within my plan I'm good. I am using the itrackbites app, so much easier to use than WWs (imo)😁. Keep up the great work Mindy👍

Hi Mindy! Any time the scale goes down it's a good thing no matter the size. Yay you! Are you coming back to WW when the changes come about? I've heard rumors that it's still going to be freestyle with some tweaks, something on the lines of simply filling and smart points. I guess there is a questionnaire type thing you do and it tells you which plan is best for you. This is all from the rumor mill but each time I hear it there are more details.
Hi, Michelle! Yes, I've been hearing rumors about changes as well. I will say I miss going to the meetings, just for the check in and community. But I tried several in my area when we moved and none of them really jived with me. For now, I don't have plans to go back to WW, but we never know, do we? LOL!
@@SeeMindyMom I had that problem when I moved to Columbus. That was my downfall. That is when my son went bonkers (again) and I started gaining. This meeting I go to is the only one in the mornings. I refuse to weigh in at dinner time. There is always that one person or group of people that don't let the rest of the group get in a word edgewise. I hate that. I try not to say much of anything because of how much I have lost and there are only 2 or 3 lifetimers in there and most of them don't stay.(I do). I speak up when the leader gets dead silence after her questions. I hate the dead silence and feel bad for her LOL. We should hear something soon about the new plan or plan changes or both.. Tuesday is the 1st so it won't be too much longer.
