I am so torn between all steal and all gold. I love the gold one but it is so expensive. I don't know if I should be just satisfied with relatively much cheaper and affordable steel one. 😢
@@sflower1533 I feel the exact same, however - no point going into debt or struggling just for a gold one. Buy the steel, and upgrade to gold in later years if its still your taste (then sell the steel)
Thanks, you actually addressed everything important about this lovely Cartier… this size surprisingly fits men as well whom are into smaller size pieces
yep, if you’re in the know, you’d be well aware that smaller watches are very in vogue for men. this watch was originally made for men when it first released. the ben 10 style gigantic eyesore pieces are so obnoxious and dated i actually wear the small model myself
I was on a city in Switzerland and didn’t know much about Cartier watches but I saw the pantheir medium steel watch and everyone recommended me to buy it. Now Insee the one with gold it os even cheaper and more beautiful
Hi, just wonder why some of the Panthere watches have text 'Swiss' on their clock face? The new ones seem to have 'Swiss made' on their clock face. Do the vintage watches have a different text? Thank you!
Great video. I know the brand goes back to World War 1: 1914-1918 and covers the Art Deco 1920-1940 period. Why were they called Tank in American and Anglais?
@@WatchesbyOliverSmithJeweler it’s a pity Cartier discontinued 29mm Jumbo / XL version, I’d love to buy one… As 27mm still looks too small for a men watch
@@ethanwalker7865 that does not matter. you should see it as a piece of jewelry. The Panthere is refined and very elegant. if you want a larger watch, you can try the Santos 100 if it has to be a Cartier..
My Cartier Panthere is 25 years old, the yellow gold still looks amazing and it hasn’t lost a moment in time! Love it

My fiancée has been drooling over this watch for the longest time. She doesn’t need another watch but she wants it bad…..;)
We can't blame her!
Get it for her! It'll make an awesome wedding present! I got my wife one and she loves it!
And she's not even a watch person! 😂
Ive got this and love it! Wear it everyday.
We love to hear it!

Should I get the classic stainless steel in medium size or medium size with diamonds? Is the diamond worth the price tag?
I love my Panthere soooo much. Great review!
Thanks for watching!
in the 90s the largest versions of the Panthere (28-mm) with date display was for men.

Yes the older models have "Swiss" vs the "Swiss made" today. Not sure what the change was for besides aesthetics - Elizabeth
I love my watch ❤sooo much it’s my favorite watch ( my stack watch)

If you look up some diagrams of World War 1 era Tanks, the underside of the Tank shares a resemblance to the silhouette of the Cartier.
I got mine for my 18th birthday ! I love it’s so timeless
Congratulations! A watch to last a lifetime
I love this watch.

Please, write the description next time. Thank you.
