Here we go again, Blind Faith takes me back 50 years!!! Fifteen when I bought my 1st Blind Faith album.....still have it!?!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Honest to God. Personally I went 10 years of jazz guitar lessons. I learned how to read music and ended up recording in 60's Hollywood with the Wrecking Crew way back in the day. These people are real musicians!
I may have been mistaken about Duane Allman playing with Y'all. You guys didn't play Muscle Shoals I guess? But I've heard and seen y'all on PBS , and the recordings you've done ! Great Sound The Wreaking Crew
This is real. Top notch, high end musicianship. Too many Mod wanna-be 60's copy bands only know chords. Bar bands that will never get anywhere but in their own minds. They live in the Twilight Zone of the their ego stroke. On the other hand these people are what one calls"The Real Thing." God bless these musicians. They don't make the money they deserve. Keep growing and learning what real musicians do!
for my sins never heard of this Band. popped up on my Utube feed, and very pleased it did. Saw Blind Faith at Hyde Park. Great rendition of Stevie's brilliant track. love 2 drummers needed to 'keep up' with Ginger's relentless drumming. thanks again....
oh my, Tedeschi Trucks is simply a brilliant band. Oh my was that ever great. Wow. They remind me of the Terry Kath Chicago days, but with a half dozen great soloists, two great singers, oh my was that ever great.
Gabe Dixon on keys & vocals always a great performance.Derek&Susan have hand picked great musicans backup singers/harmony (Mike Mattison,Alecia Chakour) horn section, percussions are one of the best tour bands, barnone.
Thanks for the post. I saw BF with Delaney and Bonnie back in the day. The TTB cover just cooks!!! The addition of horns is great and Susan channels Jimi at the head of her solo. This band blows the doors off anybody else playing in this genre.
Best band in the world and it ain't even close. And I'll go so far as to say that DT is the best all-around electric guitarist on the planet at this moment, especially if you value highly tone and soul.
Keyboard player's vocal sounds amazingly like Stevie Winwood. Super wah work from Susan. Trading vocals very cool. Nice bass solo to lead into Derek burning up the fretboard. Stellar rendition.
The vocal began w/o camera shot of singer. In my mind it was Steve winwood!!! I wore the needle thru that album when it came out. Every song on it is great. Thnx for the cover.
Wow! Thats one amazing cover! Ive heard other folks cover it, but they change the whole vibe. I love the way this band honors the original paying homage to its intended feel. Outstanding vocal too!
Been digging y’all for so many years. Love your music, love your covers. Takes me back to my younger years. Last saw you at the Wolfe in Asheville. Been holding tickets since Covid shut down your tours. Can’t wait to see you again this summer.
I think that lead guitarist with the Univibe, fuzz & Wah might be something some day! Bewdy version of a true classic 😎 I was referring to Susan of course, but Derek’s solo at the end was really special too. I like way he has his pedal on top of the amp and tweaks knobs on both pedal and amp on the fly.
About 30 years ago I was at a business meeting in a downtown Boston office building. At noon there was a break, and I went down to the building lobby, where a little rock band was playing; guitar, bass, drums. The guitarist, who also sang, was beautiful young woman, who played hot blues licks and sang in a husky bluesy voice. I listened as long as I could, and was mightily impressed. The sign in front of them said, "Susan Tedeschi Band." I thought, "She's going somewhere," and for once I was right.
Just saw these guys (again) on Wednesday. And great as they always are. Susan had torn her miniscus - she didn't say how- but still limped out on a crutch and sat while she played and sang. And still killed it. See you this summer TTB
The main riff is the first thing I ever figured out by ear... The rest, -- not so much. If I ever stumble across Steve Winwood or Eric Clapton walking down the street I would ask them to post Rick Grech's isolated baseline for this song online. There are a couple of good bass transcriptions (with tabs and standard notation) on TH-cam, but still -- it would be so awesome to hear just the bass. If I ever get to see TTB, I'd probably fall out if they played Had To Cry Today... I love this song! Thank You
@@chipsterb4946 and with a husband whose main thrust is his playing and their penchant for letting everybody shine…her big problem when she came out in the 90’s was her Bonnie Raitt sound like voice. A friend turned me on to her and I was saying, she sounds like Bonnie Raitt, “that’s a bad thing?” Yes, it is….it took some time but when she and Derek started TTB I was so impressed because they were more Delaney and Bonnie cool grooves, gospel/soul/blues singing and they keep finding the best people when someone moves on. They could end up being the Duke Ellington Orchestra for the 21’st century. Time will tell.
Just when I thought they couldn't get any better after Layla, they just keep on keepin' on. What a performance, what a wahwah solo. Eric, yu listenin?Love u Susan
Hairs standing up on both arms and my neck.. Blind Faith is alive and well in this Allman sounding group. What a serious bunch of players.. great video.. great camera work.
The horn section is just subtle greatness- I wish they would turn those cats loose with some Tower of Power (this is hip) or Average White Band (pick ip the pieces /cut the cake)!!
@@LessThanFaceProductions1 I've watched them all multiple times. The production on this show is superb and if it came out on Blue Ray, I would be first in line to add it to my collection. I'm watching this on my laptop now. Up on the Big screen and thru the sound bar in 5.1🙏 would be a treat
I can't get enough of this group. I've seen them several times live. They are unstoppable force. 💯 Percent!

Blind Faith!!!!!!! Awesome album!!!!!!! ❤👌 🐱🍀
love the good ole times, thanks for the memory of 60s and how things have changed.
Hope you were at the hyde park gig ?
We are so blessed that TTB don't block. Really, it only helps ticket & album sales. Oh to be rich and follow them for awhile...then on to Dead & Co...
Hi from Australia… that would be a dream, 3 months following them on tour.
SO MUCH TALENT IN THIS BAND!
They also know how to select covers to display that talent
After Years & in 1 note, "that guy" has been PROVEN.💙✊🏼🎶🎉✌🏼
That song never gets covered! What’s pleasure to hear!
Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been listening to this song since it first hit the radio in '69. Amazing version.
Carl, me too!!!!! 😄
Best band on the road today ! This tune takes back about 50 years but what a great trip back.
WoW!! Susan nailed this one!! Nailed it on the barn door!! Very Impressive!!
That keyboard player actually sang it even better! So many great vocalists in that band. THE best band touring in 2024! Full stop.
Thank you for putting a big smile on this old man’s face.

LOVE THE WRECKING CREW!!! SO ARE YOU! ❤️
Wreaking Crew.. Fantastic
You must have played with Skydog then ! Derick Trucks is Duane Allman reincarnated 🎸🎸. This is Amazing performance !
I may have been mistaken about Duane Allman playing with Y'all. You guys didn't play Muscle Shoals I guess?
But I've heard and seen y'all on PBS , and the recordings you've done ! Great Sound
The Wreaking Crew
This band makes just about any cover a classic of their own. Beautiful gutiar
They are one of the best groups playing today! Susan is a great talent, and Derek one of the best guitar slingers playing today!
Nailed it!!! Amazing cover with their own signature.
Hard to make a Blind Faith number you’re own, but you just did ! 🏴
As a jazz lover, I see them reminding me of Duke Ellington Orchestra….for the 21st century
Smokin guitar Susan ! My new favorite version great band seriously 😎
I was at the first and only performance of Blind Faith in England at Hyde park in 69. This is a great rendition!🇬🇧
Me too, got stoned just walking around !!
Nice to see Susan lead on something other then the blues tracks. She blows it away and I love love love seeing her get jam bandy!

If you haven’t seen them live give yourself a treat and go.
Best band out there!
Susan WOmanhandling that guitar made me smile, while sitting here alone...
Thanks guys! I kinda needed that.
Susan is fearless, just goes for it, you gotta love that.

The new keyboardist is amazing!!🙌🎶💙
Gabe Dixon. His music is great you should check him out. Paul McCartney wanted Gabe to tour with him and he turned him down

Susan isn’t bad either!
A MONSTER of a song..... superbly covered. Class!

Susan gave me goose bumps with her playing that Gibson and belting out the wonderful vocals
An excellent rendition of a timeless classic. The bass guitarist is awesome
Great feel. Great band.

Brilliant….saw them perform this is Sydney…..what a band. It’s not often we get to hear real musicians now days……love it!
Saw them in Chicago tonight…FANTASTIC!!!!!!
Even for Derek Trucks, who is superb, that solo was a tour de force. It made my hair stand on end. What a band!
Susan Rocks!
I think Susan said, hold my beer
Incredible! No words ❤️
Your band is amazing!!!
Great singing and playing, soooo much talent 👍🎶💕
TTB delivers, again! Just f*cking awesome!
They should cover "Badge" maybe my favorite song ever.
Art in musical form.
Wonderful!

This was one of the absolute highlights from the first Greek theater show in Berkeley two days ago, just stunning!
Damn. That was NICE!
bad ass groove 🎼🎸🎶🎺🎤🎹🎶
No doubt, Winwood would approve ! A great take on this classic !
Gabe’s vocal is a fit. Excellent.

I think she tore her meniscus dancing in Chicago. 🤷♂️💃
Ole Susan, just cranking on it there!👏
Essa música é maravilhosa e vcs são demais! Obrigado pela boa música que fazem!
Brilliant!!!
♥️♥️♥️ so great!
Tedeshi Trucks Rock!! I love Blind Faith so much, 4ever!! Singer is good, hard to cover Steve Winwood, good job!!
I hope that Susan and Derek have a handful of kids so music has a future.
BEST LIVE BAND IN AMERICA!
Hot Daymn!!!!!!

Nice catch, Face! So true to the original. Thanks for posting. #SGLove #squashblossom4ever
Thanks for watching!
Great stuff!
Good Gravy.....Hard to beat that !!!
I remembered Gabe DIxon from Loggins & Messina's "Sittin' in Again!" reunion video concert!
TTB could play "Mary Had A Little Lamb" and permanently own it. Amazing cover of Blind Faith song from , back in my day...
Watch "Stevie Ray Vaughan - Mary Had A Little Lamb (Live)" on TH-cam

Everything this band covers becomes a little better in their hands! Beyond that, likely the most heartful, professional bands in existence currently!!
Girls rock! 🤘🤩🤘
I love them
Can’t wait to see these guys again next month.
Susan's playing has really improved greatly. Keep it up
Her singing ain’t bad either.
I have interviewed her, sweet cool lady
Respectfully she’s been a helluva good guitarist for a long time. But yes she gets even better over time.

I saw Steve Winwood with Blind Faith at the Royal Albert Hall, and he was fantastic. this version is fresh and pays homage to the great man.
Stellar!
AWESOME
Nice job!!
the lady can rock !
WOW !!!
Wow!!!
Bottom line - Steve Winwood - a great talent . Saw him age 16 with Spencer Davis and with Donald Fagen in UK recently - voice great., still.
I'm just going to stop trying to find the words to describe what this band does. 😅
