Been looking for this on youtube for AGESSSS! I had it on an Unkle special edition CD which i lost years ago and this track always stood out for me.Thanks!
Oh i think that because at the begining more clearly you can hear Bonzo's drumming than in the rest of the song, in the other hand, i downloaded this song more than 15 years ago with the name (The Drums of Zep), I don't know if there is a version without Noel's guitar, but this is the only that i've been listened through the years.
Well his brother Paul is a DJ and I remember watching an interview where Noel tells about clubbing when he was young. And he's doing an album with Amorphous Androgynous. Not really shocking.
Although it sounds like Squire there's no way it is. Brown and Squire weren't even talking back then. Maybe it's Aziz Ibrahim? I don't have the single as a hard copy and there's no info on Unkle's wiki.
My favourite piece of noel gallagher guitar

Did it confirm noel was on guitar?
A reply after 13 years 😅
This one is also known as The Knock (The drums of Zep), because Noel used a base drum track of Led Zeppelin's Bonzo's Montreux song.
Yes but this isn't that version. The Knock doesn't have any of this guitar.

The original track "The Knock" on the album has no guitar. Noel's remix "The Knock On Effect" is a B side of the single "Be There".
B side to the B there single ft Ian Brown :) future artwork. :) rabbit in your headlights
Just ... History :O
