Got out of some funds that owned a lot of tech before July 4 holiday. Probably early, but these markets are so stretched and the yield inversion is starting to reverse. I moved to CASH waiting for a correction now.

How do you know when trading is retail vs industry? Is it just because volume was lower than average on a day of big news?
Seems like when news/reports comes out expected or slightly worse than expected, volume stays low until the next news/report. Friday was unemployment showing an increase, but not outside of expectations, so we will see a low volume week until Thursday's CPI report and whenever Powell speaks next. Then it comes more if the FED can kick the can another month.
