The projects look promising, however, how will they deal with flooding? Flooding cost Opryland, Gaylord Opryland Hotel, and Opry Mills dearly in repairs.
I had this crazy idea one time i thought that the loop around the city should be built up on a skyway loop and the underside could connect every aera by green space and a downtown greenway loop underneath the freeway loop it could've been a six plus miles around loop with oaths a huge park loop etc. Why cant Nashville utilize what is possible
west trinity is now being sold as proximity to downtown, which seems weird lived here 15 years, I'm like yeah I guess we are close?? Getting hounded though by local numbers calling from foreign call centers to sell, twice today
Need new exits & parking for these projects. City approves development for new property tax revenue but doesn’t develop infrastructure & roads to access.(i.e tiny Wedgewood Ave to get to Geodis Park)
WE HAVE PASSED 250 SUBSCRIBERS! THANK YOU ALL!
Seeing my hometown growing the way it’s growing is beautiful!
I sure wish the wages here where competitive

If you want to see what it could become, check out Tampa on the Hillsborough River. And they're nowhere near done yet.
For the Industrial piece, check out Steel Stacks (Sands Bethworks Casino) in Bethlehem PA.

A Major Riverwalk & That New NFL Stadium For a Super Bowl, Cool.
Nashville doesn't appear to have an ugly Interstate running thru Downtown OR it's river- kudos to Nashville!
Any update on PSC Metals? What an eyesore. Carl Icahn is an investor and tried to get a deal with previous mayor Cooper.
Nothing yet. The city wants it + Icahn wants a boatload of $$. We'll see!

Those calls are the worst! The West Trinity land grab is in effect- curious to see if it pays off. Hope it does for you.
There's going to be a lot of damage when it floods.
Yeah, I wonder about that.
