Hey, thanks for watching! Check out 813deercrossing.com/
Nashville doesn't appear to have an ugly Interstate running thru Downtown OR it's river- kudos to Nashville!
For the Industrial piece, check out Steel Stacks (Sands Bethworks Casino) in Bethlehem PA.
If you want to see what it could become, check out Tampa on the Hillsborough River. And they're nowhere near done yet.
I’m sitting here like a proud father watching my hometown grow like this 😊
The projects look promising, however, how will they deal with flooding? Flooding cost Opryland, Gaylord Opryland Hotel, and Opry Mills dearly in repairs.
woah. this house is wild.
wow!
I sure wish the wages here where competitive
all the new buildings look the same.
Need to show the buildings longer.
Is there anything being built with pillars?
A Major Riverwalk & That New NFL Stadium For a Super Bowl, Cool.
Good information, thanks for sharing! 👍
I had this crazy idea one time i thought that the loop around the city should be built up on a skyway loop and the underside could connect every aera by green space and a downtown greenway loop underneath the freeway loop it could've been a six plus miles around loop with oaths a huge park loop etc. Why cant Nashville utilize what is possible
i just LOVED the background music to the condo segment.. who's it by may I ask?
Rule number one: Never live in a state that is not on the ocean.
just run a light rail to modernize 5hose areas 😅
34 copy that😊
Love me some Nashville 💜
Wow. that area is going to be unrecognizable! Really excited about the possible TPAC building.
What if there was a 7 star one, right?
Too many stars! Those ppl would go to jail.

Home buyer is the worst really over, that's a unknown question, to early to project 17 days into the year, whose your future projected by and where is the money coming from again,
cool 😅❤ these kinda things 😅
what is up any good news😅
Damn, Nashville is booming.
Sln104 wanted to give you a shout out from capital records here on music row, there was talk about a railsystem back in 2016 about putting a possible transit system in Radnor yards but it never happened to curtail the over flow of traffic and people it is about money to do it with as always, Danny Malliard Malliard
Nashville is way behind on mass transit. There should have been something planned 10 years ago at least. It will be another 5-10 years before it is implemented. We need some kind of rail system.
It needs to be light rail Frankly, to change Nashville into a city that is even remotely competitive with even Charlotte, and especially Atlanta. Nashville is not competitive with its peers in the South like ppl there think it is. Yes, Charlotte already has a light rail system installed YEARS ago, and they also have the international flights BNA thinks it deserves. Presidential party conventions, Super Bowls? Nashville is not ready infrastructurally to host either. First step? Get some real mass transit in and then fix those roads and highway system.
A CAMDEN Forrest a shout out to ya from capital records here on music row l agree with you on what you're saying where is the billions of dollars going to come from l hope they aren't expecting the taxpayers to pick-up the tab, that's the states responsibility, nor the tourists that come here to pay for our responsibility we only hope they the system doesn't over charge a good time here in Nashville because a nice vacation is around. 8,000 thousand dollars 💸 no matter what direction you come from,
www.zillow.com/research/2024-hottest-market-33566/
I say there's a huge advantage here to make a metro rail also on existing lines to suburbs and all over the city
they should look at these options if they truly want to save money and time
Follow me on IG @justinfloydhomes
Cool!
So tell me where is tennessee coming up with all this money of millions on millions l hope your not expecting the tourism to pay for it, and not taxpayers to pick up the tab, people only make So much. Money, put a limit on it ps don't forget nashville is built on a fault line , earthquake zone,
Opri records hello from capital records hereon music row l agree with you on sky scrapers so much money spent, what are they going to do when a earthquake hits or a surprise conditions does anyone realize that nashville sits on a fault line which most people don't realize at all , or just don't care it's on you people, it's what your engineers aren't going to tell you about, good luck,

Nothing better than live action!!!
I hope you tied your Keds, bc it's going to get physical
How are all of those cars going to fit driving down the streets. This is terrible. Our council people are destroying our way of life and you're a dumbass for thinking this is a good thing. You must not live here.
There's going to be a lot of damage when it floods.
Yeah, I wonder about that.
Ug, another real estate video.

Thanks for the insightful update, Justin! 🏡 The Nashville market dynamics are always interesting to follow. Despite the dip in sales, the slight increase in median price is noteworthy. What part of Nashville is going thru gentrification?
@manishayoungblood534 Is "all of it" an acceptable answer?? I'd say East Nashville is still going through it, and North Nashville is really going through it.
