- I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

That night video of beavers working is fascinating to watch. Thanks for posting.
Any dam that gets destroyed the beavers will build back even stronger because they think the previous one failed. In essence, you're creating super beavers, Post. :P
Creating eager beavers
Post makes that observation all the time - says eventually the beavers will need to be relocated
Which is pretty awesome, it means they have memory of how much effort / time / material they put into it. And they can adapt. Just sticks no good? ok, also jam some weeds in there. still no good? pack it with mud and solidify the hell out of it.
Makes you wonder what they think is capable of destroying their dams. Like a super flood, storm, whatever, natural causes. When post10 mentions the tail slapping, are beavers awere some other creature might mess with their builds intentionally? Do they wonder why something would destroy it, do they get frustrated because their efforts are ruined, but their instinct won't let them accept the new normal? Absolutely fascinating.
Had a hard time watching this one. You were saying there was so much build up inside the pipe. Instead of removing it u rearranged it and shoved it back into the pipe. Not very efficient.
@@rosewood7592 He pushed into the pipe to so the blockage would be taken by the current and exit through the other side. You can normally see this in the other camera.
For future reference, not all pipes are big enough to fit a human, if there's a blockage in the middle of those, you usually need an excavator with a long contraption to push the blockage to the other side.
You're one of the only ones that takes the time to get rid of the foundation. I just lol at the guys who just do the bare minimum
It’s a very important part of it, otherwise they just build it back up very quickly. Post is very thorough which is one of the reasons why he’s so popular.
Excellent. Best I've seen showing the technique used by a beaver to build a dam. Anyone teaching about beavers should show this video in their class. Thanks for sharing.
@@mikehicks9488 yea it's so cool 🙂
I bet those beavers got a TH-cam channel posting their video of their rebuilding the dam. There's a timelapse of the before/after as well. Great video Post 10!
Haha they are like this human keeps destroying our property 😂😂
Limpialo,no lo atasques más, pareces otro castor taponando la salida
Look at that beaver weaving the branches through the grate. I shall call him William the Weaving Beaver. Good work, beaver Bud. Keep blocking those culverts for us.
Thanks, Post.
Or tripod becomes part of the dam.😂😂
I was thinking, Post don’t move the camera, we can watch your back while you’re working but then I remembered I wouldn’t know how to yell and tell you to ‘watch out!’ Lol. I watched a video the other day about a baby beaver someone had rescued and I will tell you, that was the cutest little thing I’ve ever seen. They sound human like when they fuss like a baby! It’s truly crazy. The rescue lady said they have razor blades in their mouths. Can you imagine trying to care for a little one like that?? Ok thanks for your hard work Post. Please be safe in your travels. ✌🏻🤍🤞🏽
I do that too. Watching for beavers so I can warn him. lol
@@janetvanhoose6860 We're gonna have to yell pretty loud, aren't we?!
Another great unclogging for a great flow. Plot twist: beaver steals tripod, puts it on ebay!
Shaking my head at how much work you put in on this one. So much mud vs sticks and logs. You’re a good man Post. Take care and stay safe!
Some may not agree, but beavers are so frickin adorable 🤣❤️
I have a soft spot for fellow engineers!
I also adore beavers. There's a channel Holley Muraco that rescues beavers you might enjoy.
Always a pleasure hanging out watching you work. Thanks.
I am giving you a virtual big pat on the back for that one. Well done Post, that is definitely in my top ten of dams removed. 👏👏👏
I've been watching your videos for years this is by far the best beaver footage ever
It’s a thing of beuty when beavers keep post 10 on duty 👍
Very poetic!
Another exciting adventure of post10 also known as "The Destroyer" in modern beaverian mythology.
I love how you completely decimate the dams, instead of just opening a small path for water to get through, like on other channels. As ALWAYS! Post 10 showing how It's suppose to be done.
The difference between someone doing this cause he genuinely enjoys it and someone just doing it for views
Nothing is going to stop you from doing things you love , saving dirt roads by a simple culvert clearing and what a rush when it releases.
Never thought how much i enjoy you scratching.
Amazing footage of the Beaver. And how sharp are those gnashers cutting through the branches. 😂

日本には野生のビーバーが居ません。
狭い島国で山が多い為もっと傾斜の大きい川が多く、このように枝葉が詰まることは少ないと思います。

All those AMAZING Japanese characters and all it says is " thank you post 10" ??
Translation anyone!?
@@DrissDaniel-rn1qc on a computer using Firefox my translate button provides:
Thank you for always uploading videos.
There are no wild beavers in Japan.
Because it is a small island country with many mountains, there are many rivers with steep slopes, so I think it is rare for them to become clogged with branches and leaves like this.
It may be that the river is maintained.
I enjoy watching the water flow and always lose track of time.
Please be careful not to get injured or get into an accident.
Thank you! From Japan
Thats awesome!!! Thanks for the translation!! Epic!
@@mrobich321 Thank you for translating.
I wrote this in Japanese, thinking everyone would be able to use the translation function.
@@DrissDaniel-rn1qc Japanese can look strange to people overseas.
I've become fascinated with the various projects around the world where people are using beavers to help restore ecosystems. They're incredible animals, thank you for sparking my interest!
They’ve just started doing this in Scotland. Hopefully not too little too late. 🤞
@@shirleyanneyoung955 and in Ealing, London. Never to late to make a difference
@@SWBE23 Yeah, when I learned that beavers had been completely hunted out of existence in Britain, I was amazed. It's just crazy how much they change the environment around them. I saw a quote about how they are only behind humans and one other animal (i forget which, and now it's really bugging me) in their impact on the area in which they live.
It was elephants! Ironic that I forgot elephants :)
Well, at least the elephants didn’t forget. They never do. 😉
Between this video and the footage of the beaver rebuilding, you've made for a super interesting mini series and I freaking love it. Thank you, my friend.
This was one of my favorite videos from you. You worked so hard to unclog, and the beavers were just as hard working to rebuild it. Excellent video. Keep up the great work!
What a fantastic piece of footage captured there, so beautiful to see the beavers in their natural surroundings.
This channel has given me a new found admiration and respect for beavers
Beavers: Hey, Post10 is breaking down our dam, this is the best day ever!!!
When you're a beaver, Post is either a celebrity or the boogeyman.
Thank you Post10 and your Director of Photography.
You are so good at this. Very educational stuff. I feel like a kid in a classroom - just soaking it all up. Thanks, Teach!!🥰🥰🥰
This one took all your energy for sure! It was a great unclogging. I loved the bonus beaver footage! They worked nearly as hard as you did to clog it back up! Thanks for another awesome video! 😊🌻
I love watching Beaver Wars....!
This was so fun to watch. Great build back footage.
Best ii have seen in a while. So rare to see footage of beavers working. I really enjoyed this. Thank you.
Beaver footage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I fell in love with Beavers and had a child when I first watched the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe. It's made my day seeing this video. What clever little animals ❤
Thanks, Post 10! Your content is interesting and relaxing. Appreciate you! Hope to see some more camping vids soon, too.
That night footage of the beaver was awesome. Really interesting to see the dam built. I loved the little chewing noises 😊
That dam was a challenge! You met it through and even got the grate placed properly. Thanks you the excellent video. You sure earned your check today! 👍
You are a good guy fixing a project that someone was paid to do correct the first time. Also you doing for free want the company/ state/county/town should be paying someone to do. The footage of the beaver rebuilding was great to see what/how they do it.
What an Amazing video of the Beavers!
Great to see some unclogging again,🤩👌👍
Great job Post 10.
It was pretty hard work but
it paid of very well when you finished.
Stay safe out there my Friend.
Oh. And great shots of the Beaver(s). Nice job.
Loved the trail cam footage. Very interesting indeed seeing just how clever the beevers are at building a dam infront of a culvert. Keep up the good work sir and if and when possible, it be good to see further clips of beever activity.
I love the beaver footage . It should be a regular thing in your videos. You can call it "roll that beautiful beaver footage "😅
Scary. The way the grate comes down at 18:34 it must be Marvel Wolverine trademarked.
That gate is not designed with safety in mind. Some one is going to get seriously hurt. That thing is clearly dangerous and safety measures should be addressed ASAP.
@@a787fxrpost said it wasn’t built properly so might not have been installed properly either
You are the DOT’s best worker😊
He is probably over qualified for DOT. 😅
Hi Post10,
I looove to watch your content!!!
Your channel could double as a workout site. That was a lot of soil to move. Love this video and the night shots, the way they meticulously trim and fit stuff is amazing.
That was a tough one to move. And you went back to check it. Great work 👍👍
Love the beaver footage! Plus bonus muskrat!
I admire the beavers as much as post10, such dedication, I could watch both all day and night. Many thanks for the effort.
That was amazing!! Those beaver are so fast and efficient! Thanks for sharing your adventures! I really appreciate it!
Amazing. The beaver footage is immense. Thanks!
This was a great video. I'm sorry that you had to work so hard but it was awesome. Seeing the lodge, watching for beavers, seeing how they build without all the sticks and the footage of build back. Showing the before and afters and the fast forward playback really helps put it in perspective. I loved this video.
Busy beaver looks cute great time lapse very interesting love it when a plan comes together ❤
That was a lot of hard work you put in today. While it might have been entertaining to see a beaver or two, I’m glad they stayed away,
I've never seen them at work before. Thank you for that. I think this is one of my favorites from you since I started watching. Looking forward to the next one.
You struck gold when you positioned that trail cam overnight, that was intense!
I LOVE your unique channel thank you
I think this was one of your best videos so far, I like the beaver action. Always wanted to see them at work doing what they do. Thanks
Hats off to you, enjoying each video more and more, stuck around from the street cleaning with whirpools, keep doing what you love!
The beaver footage is amazing thank you.
Well done for showing how fussy that grid was about being put back! And gorgeous filming of the beavers rebuilding. A pity they can't achieve a security moat without damaging human facilities.
Thats a brilliant grate system. They should market that design.
Oh those beavers! They are amazing. They are building the structures very well.
Good ole Post is lookin like a mountain man rockin that beard! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻..
Keep it growin! Looks Badass!!✌🏻
That beaver working footage is amazing. Never seen them actually building a dam. So very cool. Thanks for sharing with us!!! 😮😮😮😮

Im ready for the snow to come back. Hope you are well post10. Be carful
Keep doing what you do so that we have stuff to watch. Thank you.
I am always rooting for Team Beaver, they are just adorable and hard working too
Wow, that night beavers action was really cool! You hit the jackpot with it!👍
Beavers can cause a lot of damage, but they sure are impressive creatures. Gotta respect em.
what a great nature video ..with just the sounds of unedited nature at its best
You’re such a good guy. ☺️👌
This was an awesome video Post. Thanks for leaving the camera, that was amazing to see them doing that.👍💜
Something about that beaver is just so cute
Dude I've never seen footage like that. So cool.
I was thinking a beaver clog was something else. This video was much easier to watch. Thank you for your work.
That was awesome watching the beaver rebuild the dam
I suggest a 'beaver build back compilation' - fascinating and clever creatures
For a second I thought I saw 👀 a beaver shoot thru, lol. Great job Post 🎉
Glad to see the 2nd camera person back.

Buddy, this is a great video! I love watching the beavers doing their thing. Awesome work!!
Watching the beaver work on clogging the pipe is fascinating. Thank you for sharing the whole video from start to finish.
That beaver has dealt with that gate way too much, i loved how it seems like it get frustrated at the branch and just snips it with its teeth
