You have helped me so much! I am a 58 year-old medical laboratory scientist studying to get be a certified hematology specialist. I listen to your youtube videos on my long commute to and from work. When I get home, I look at the notes. I love your humor and the repetition. I am understanding coagulation more than I ever have because of you. Thank your so much!
6:44 "if your crazy pharmacology professor explained to you as clearly as this, I will resign from youtube and work for a garbage company" 😂😂 😂😂😂Thank you so much buddy J'aime bien votre humour
Do you know why when you receive a specimen for p2y12 assay (on the star max instrument by stago), the specimen cannot be used if centrifuged then inverted?
May have understood about 20sec. but will try your platelet count and aggregometry as sometimes get low plt labs but they actually looked under a scop it says on notes and said were aggregating (wonder if related to chilblains). What ask Dr to ck for? Can aggregation be from drawing blood(she was new and used a tiny needle)?? Thanks (Dr ignored hi Fe and low ferritin too).
How is decrease in cAMP increasing calcium?? Doesn’t increase cAMP activate protein kinase which phosphorylate calcium channels and allow entry of calcium in the cell and increase calcium ?
How do professors still can't explain this while being a pro in understanding the materials themselves?? I learned literally more from ninja nerd and you than any other professor?! I go to lectures, I review notes and powerpoints (their powerpoints don't even cover all the material, yet they ask us on the exams some things I've never seen. Like I get frustrated with med school?
