    Postmortem results concluded that Allan was a murder victim. These guys were the last ones to see him alive. They couldn't explain why he had to go and sleep in the bush yet they had shelter at the base. These guys were mad at Allan because he was missing work,it's possible too that some money came up missing and suspected him of stealing the money. Remember he talked about Allan trying to borrow $5? The next thing we hear Allan going to the bush to sleep and taking of his shoes and shirt. After that they developed amnesia and forgot that their colleague was asleep in the bush,they all went about their business. Coincidentally the same time a mysterious young boy image from the bushes asking for his lost cattle? They beat up Allan to death and tried to stage the crime scene. The intention may not have been to kill him but they did. This man and his uncle made a pact that they would take their secret to their graves.

    It would take the programme to another level if Tilder interviews after having gone through the court record of such cases. I believe that such records are public information. That way other details like forensic evidence, post mortem results and any other evidence is presented. Yes we know people are often beaten till they confess but a quick overview of the court record would also be interesting. She can work with a lawyer to be assisted in summarising the entire case and then she can interview the suspects

    • @tafimutekwe2855
      @tafimutekwe2855 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is very true. Many perpetrators, especially elderly rapists are managing to portray themselves as the victims of wrong conviction, when in actual fact the courts would have done the due diligence process before meting out the guilty sentence on them. Many of Tilda's listeners are being fooled by the narratives of these convicts and believe that they are innocently convicted.

      ZRP needs re-training on investigations and forensic science. Problem is police officers are recruited from lowly educated people...in most cases anyway. This is a job that requires some of the best brains. So all they do is arrest first and investigate later! Then beat the hell out of suspects to get a confession. HH of Zambia said no more to such police brutality! In Zim our jails would be almost empty if police have to thoroughly investigate crimes.

What he doesn't know is life is brutal can change at any moment without you expecting it. If you know law you should be against human rights violations as prescribed by the constitution. Finding evidence through torture will never give you the correct answer only lies even if you take a child and start beating him for stealing sugar he will surely admit that he did in order for you to stop. If the person is guilty there is a lot of methods to be used including forensic evidence. I am very sure you know nothing about our law that is why you mentioned common law in your post. Common law is unwritten law, go and return your degree where you bought it probably MSU. You are talking about illusion yet you claim to know law. What did the postmortem said he died of. What if he was poisoned where he was or stabbed when he was not attending work. What's wrong with the Zim police. Hitting suspect to submission does not make you an excellent worker. If you he hit suspects they tell you what you want to hear. A lot are in prison paying for crimes they didn't commit because of this. I'm sure these police officers had a hint that one of them is going to be promoted and they wanted to show they know how to do their job well. This not doing your job well but very incompetent. @@muchmuleya9651 you are very correct by saying a suspect, a suspect is someone who is linked to a crime not that he committed the crime. I am not defending this guy i am defending one of the people who might fall under police brutality for crimes they didn't commit without investigation. We should understand mhepo dzosimuka unogona kuti uchifamba mutown potoshaikwa mari iwe usina kuitora. Does the police have the right to beat you or to investigate before acting up.
