I bought a "broken" Zelda watch and was able to get it working again thanks to you! The contacts were bent and I just straightened them out to make them touch the battery again :) Thanks for the videos I do appreciate that you make them!

I have the Zelda one broken in parts but I don't think I'd have the patience to get it working again. Quite how you figured out how to repair that line on the board is beyond me. I'd have looked at the thing as a whole lot of irreplaceable damage and I haven't got a clue what to from with the meter. I'll have to learn one day; you are quite inspirational. But I'd much rather just watch! (yes, bad pun)
Nice Video! Also want to say thank you, as your videos gave me the courage to try and fix my friend's ps3. He basically said "fix it and you can keep it". Had to open it up and swap the laser (upgraded the hdd while i was at it). Now it works perfectly. Without waching you fix up some of that junk I'd probably not have thought about trying it.

Now I'm just on the hunt for the right battery so I can test it. Thanks for the video. I may need to watch it again!

So cool mate :) I had one of the super mario 3 watches when I was a kid. But over the years there wasn't much left of it lol so I bought a faulty one off ebay and used parts from both to make a complete one :) Very Nice find though mate those two watches :)

get a multimeter and check parts of the track for a connection
