Washington Capitals Secure Key Players with Recent Re-Signings

The Washington Capitals have re-signed center Connor McMichael to a two-year contract with a $2.1 million cap hit. They've also re-signed goaltender Mitchell Gibson and defenseman Chase Priskie to one-year, two-way contracts, and forward Ethen Frank to a two-year contract. The terms of Ethen Frank's contract include $775,000 if he secures a position with the Capitals and $250,000 if he plays for Hershey in the first year, and a guaranteed $775,000 in the second year. Connor McMichael was the 25th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft and has had notable contributions both in the NHL and AHL. Mitchell Gibson and Chase Priskie have also demonstrated impressive performances in their respective leagues. Ethen Frank has made significant contributions to the Hershey Bears, showcasing strong offensive capabilities and being a valuable asset to the team.
