- What is the Client Journey?
Inexperienced management consultants often move too fast.
You need to take the client on a journey of discovery and show them what the various alternatives are.

We do value your time and efforts greatly
Your videos have been the most useful I have found on consulting. Keep creating- these will be the most popular videos on the subject matter by your 10th year.
Stayed tuned, I have a few more coming.
Found this and other of your videos very helpful. Please keep them coming.
Glad to hear it was helpful. Sadly I don't have the time to do weekly videos, like on my main Supply Chain Secrets channel, but I'll try to add a few more.
Good video. I had not considered taking them on the same journey that I go through in my head, every time that I propose a solution to solve a problem. Think of it as sharing the problem solving process and involving the client in the problem solving process. Always propose multiple solutions.
Excellent videos and content !! thank you so much
Glad you like them!
So glad you decided to continue doing these. I recently launched into consulting and your videos have really helped me a lot
Glad to hear the videos helped. I won't be doing weekly videos here, but will add more when I can.
I am quite sure these types of advices are also applicable to software consulting, sometimes customersare also expecting a journey when you're proposing different tailor-made approaches.
This is very helpful. My challenges as a start up consultant is the part of financial proposal (pricing my services). Your videos have always been helpful. Thank you

Hie Rob, your videos are really helpful. I am an experienced and reputable individual consulting but currently having hard times penetrating the consulting market as a newly incorporated consulting firm. If you can do a video on how to manage this transition and to get clients as a new firm I will be very grateful.
You should find such a video on the channel I think.
