Me a yoga teacher too and lift weights too but in a more careful and responsible way! Yoga teachers always tell listen to your body!!! Do you do that too!
This movement actually strengthens the knee joint, but repeatedly hitting it on the ground and exceeding your ability likely leads to injury, which I’m sure she doesn’t actually do all the time
As someone who's been in the gym for 4 years and practicing yoga for fun, my advice is if you are starting in the gym just now, don't try to add too much weight, especially when exercising with barbells. This could've turned terribly wrong in an instant. No matter what you've been exercising before gym, don't think that you are going to excel right away just because you've been in the fitness field. Yoga and Weightlifting are two different things.
@@elbadaernu7195 going forward makes you sit down instead of squat which looks weird and doesn't translate into anything else. I squat because I want to jump higher, run faster and clean more weight.
Even if you're a Yoga Teacher, using the barbells and the weights in the Gym is a totally different field from Yoga. I suggest that if you were to do lunges with a barbell, start by feeling the barbell first, add small weights and keep adding on. If not, use the smith machine as it helps you to stabilize. I know some of y'all will say "Yoga is harder" stfu I'm not talking about whether Yoga is harder or lifting weights is harder. I'm saying it is more like when you go to work at a industry you are not skilled at but you decided to up your game because you are confident that you can do it because you are good at a industry that is similar. I know Yoga do uses weights for their workouts but what she is doing is Barbell Lunges. A Barbell itself is 20KG. She had probably done 20KGs Dumbbells Lunges and thought "Might as well try doing the Barbell Lunges to up my game". Istg y'all, I'm just giving an advice as someone who has been a Gymrat for 4 years. I learnt everything in the gym through fellow gymrats and bodybuilders. You can't just up your game because you are of a master in a similar field. You have to start from the bottom. Don't get me started with this. I don't see Barbells let alone a 10 bar barbell in a Yoga class AT ALL. I only see Dumbbells. So don't try to be a smartass telling me shit.
You can do both you know yoga x strength training few people love doing that flow Gain more muscle and strength with the weights but gain the mobility and flexibility in the yoga side
I dont understand why people lifting heavy weights and make injure themself. If you want to stay in shape and get good physic only bodyweight exercise is enough.. Please take care
Don't use a pad when squatting. You want the bar to be as close as possible to your center of gravity, not floating an inch in the air above your neck.
Wait wait Have u all seen her try hard for 3 to 4 times to get up yes if she would have done same way for more 7 to 8 times then that's where the muscle fibers are damage and that's the pointvwhre the growth start
Oppa is the saviour lol😭😭
First time that cameraman ever helped out 😂😭
It’s a bud
@@izzaA143 lol so true! They always act like a camera itself and stand still there

Be careful you don’t hurt yourself like your knees. This may lead to serious chronic problems later.
Don't worry
She is just gambling with her future
So nothing to lose

I have made this mistake.

The end "Oppa" 😂😂
Good that there was some to help you 🙏🏻👍🏻

Try the smith machine if you have one at ur gym! Much easier to escape if you can't stand back up XD
Those fuck up my back so much, their range of motion just do not align with me
@@batatannajust go forward a bit. I have a hard time with those as well but after i took a few steps forward, i honestly prefer smith machine

literally no one is fighting with you buddy
I'm sorry but you writing a whole paragraph fighting with absolutely nobody is so funny lmaoo
bro is majorly schizo
safety first girl, keep it up🔥🔥
So cute!
You should master the bar itself before adding weight. And if you do add weight, do it lightly.
she was literally nowhere close to "close to failure". that could have been so dangerous.
Please take care of yourself, really 💕💕
Very interesting and relevant topic! Looking forward to your next video!❤❤❤😊😅😂
Wrong grip for squat and lunges. Thumb and fingers should be on the same side of the bar so you can bail easily. This grip is for bench press
dude you're strong 💪😎 come on dude
“Oppa”??? That’s new omg🤣
Мужик красава не подошел сзади как некоторые а с боку лучший бро ❤
But behind is more safe way to spot for him as well as for the lady
She is so cute 🥰 😂😂
you should build base strength with barbell squats first before doing barbell lunges

Actually she should’ve used lighter weights. Maybe master the bar itself before putting weight on it.
Looks authentic to me.
And still looking sweet 😅❤️ what kind of sorcery is this? ✨
😅😂😂😂 careful ❤
That's why you should always do it with safety bars. 🤕
Tips, don't use the weight plate lock. So if you fail, you can drop it to the side to release the plate.
Graças a Deus não se machucou

Do barbell squats until your legs are strong first before progress to doing lunges with weights.
You you a real man
I clicked this over ohtani high light reel😂😂😂😂😂
i know this guy who is wearing headphones was hearing " baby shark dodododo baby " cuz he thought you are fine :)

What's why dumbbell lunges were made 😂.
And this, kids, is why we always put the safety catch rack when doing squats. 😅

Yuh boh!!!😂
1st lift light weights to build up strong foundation in your legs to lift heavy weights later
Where are the legs!!!😂
This is actually dangerous. From that position you can't drop the bar safely behind. The ankle is in the way.

Why not use dumbbel instead, Its easier no? Use hand strap if the grip is too weak
I felt bad when u suffered
Do squats without weights first, or in your case, split squats.
If you did enough tree pose balancing, this wouldn’t happen
What's wrong with the guy in the back he just let her struggle. 😂
Someone should've been there faster. If this was a real emergency.
That's how I met your father 😂😂

That happens when you overestimate your strength and try to lift more than your body weight. 😂

Do not use clips to lock plates so you can tilt the bar to drop weight.
I totally blame the camera. I'm sure she does this no problem when it's off.
Why the split?
Dont bite off more than you can chew.
