I actually felt embarrassed on his behalf, it was a very stupid question. The question at the end also when he asked how it would be recieved by audiences was a totally pointless and redundant question. That one in particular made me cringe substantially and shows what a nice guy Chris actually is, he let him off lightly with his response.

@@adrianmeyer2157 It was cool but it looked like some people were a bit intimidated by his intelligence, they didnt want to appear to ask a silly question. I think theres two problems, one is that many jokes simply go over the head of alot of people and the other is that most people didnt understand this is based on factual cases. Without knowing its based on real stuff it just seems like an absurd plot. He has done an interview with Channel 4 which is now online, he explains alot of it there.
@@harryh3203 Yeah I've watched that channel 4 interview, you can tell he's a really clever guy. Like you said most people just don't get the humour. I've always wondered how a lot of Americans take it. Personally I can't stand most American comedies myself haha
My heart is broken that Anna has a boyfriend (Ben Richardson is a very, very lucky guy and I hope Anna is very happy, she deserves to be) however Chris Morris just gave the biggest public Faux Pas I have ever seen for a public screening.
@@theburningpancake why British and American humour is different because in British humour its fair game. The comic's mind took over cultural social rules. My partner is American and she's always pulling me up on how certain jokes don't work in this country which might do at home(e.g. winding my American friend up about his future wife is probably at home with the 49ers-we live in sf whilst we are on his bachelor party).
@@malikas3021 she talks very back an forth ALOT like it's an open relationship or on again/off again. Shes VERY enigmatic on such things but strangely flirty and jokes about it alot too so its extremely hard to know for sure unless she was to outright tell you. An wonder if that's one the ideas

Saw it last night at the first UK public showing in Edinburgh. Its good but Four Lions is better.
I've not seen it yet but 4 lions would be hard to beat, one of the funniest films ever.
