There seems to be a recurring theme I see here and that is all these people are adults their 20's and 30's who are very emotionally and mentally stunted for their age._

Lol this is gold, I have to add that parsing DOES cause detriment to the raid as warcraft logs calculates damage done to certain specific mobs, not necessarily all mobs in an encounter. Therefore, if there are additional mobs in an encounter that do not add to the total calculated parse % on warcraft logs, then the dps who want to parse high would not focus those mobs-even if its wiping your raid. (guilty) 🤣
