    My problem is not deleting these apps. I use screenzen as an social media blocker but idk what to do in my free time. I already go to the gym

      Great question! You are right: if you don't find something to do, when you would be on those apps, it will be hard to get off them...
      What I like doing and what you could try is: reading, listening to Huberman podcast, listening to audiobook while going for a walk, running, doing things with friends, meditating, learning new skills, journaling... (find a productive habit, that will improve your life in the long term...)

      The most important mindsets I want to remind myself of all the time... I have seen that it is useful to remind myself of what I already know (over and over and over again). You can try

      @ Uhhhhh actually I got many of them!!! It really depends on what you want to learn. The best tip I can give you is: READ WHAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN!!! Having said that, here are a few: How to Win Friends and influence people (to improve your social skills), The 4 hour work week, Think and grow rich, Reality Transurfing, Think like a Monk, The way of the superior man, Atomic habits, Meditations of Marcus Aurelius, Letters to Lucilius by Seneca, Estrogeneration, PNL, The wim Hof method, what every body is saying, the subtle art of not giving a fuck, learn like Einstein…
