My problem is not deleting these apps. I use screenzen as an social media blocker but idk what to do in my free time. I already go to the gym
Great question! You are right: if you don't find something to do, when you would be on those apps, it will be hard to get off them... What I like doing and what you could try is: reading, listening to Huberman podcast, listening to audiobook while going for a walk, running, doing things with friends, meditating, learning new skills, journaling... (find a productive habit, that will improve your life in the long term...)

@ Uhhhhh actually I got many of them!!! It really depends on what you want to learn. The best tip I can give you is: READ WHAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN!!! Believe it or not, just hit 90kg x 10reps yesterday, so for me at least it is working like hell! Anyways try it out for yourself and you will see the results! Wish you some hard workouts😉

@@mohammedaminekendoussi7882 It’s 5 days: Push, Pull, Rest (cardio), Legs, Rest (cardio) and repeat. I know it seems like not a lot, too much rest, but it’s amazing!

@@mohammedaminekendoussi7882 Ian Berseagle says to just start again (basically it doesn’t matter what day of the week it is. Just start again after 5 days…) Personally I don’t do that because I can’t train legs right now. On top of that I do an extra heavy/long session where I mix push and pull, so (at the moment) I just do two workouts per week, on Wednesday and Saturday… Having said that, what I actually recommend you to do, is to adapt it to your level: - If you can do less than 15 pull-ups and 20 dips I recommend you to work on that basic strength. - If you are above that (but under 10 pull-ups with 20kg and 10 dips with 40kg): you can do the workout I linked in the description. - Above that it makes sense to start working on Calisthenics skills, like hanstand push-ups or the muscle-up… and there the workout plan changes! Anyways I will make a video about that, as soon as I can… Good luck!

I agree with most of the stuff youre saying, but I disagree that everyone is different, look at any other animal species, they all eat the same food, just like we are meant to eat meat organs and fruit,weve just been brainwashed into thinking we should eat vegetables and processed foods, some vegans still subconsciously want to eat meat, eggs, butter, that's why there's so many vegan meat stuff, but everyone should definitely try for yourself what works best for you, but I can guarentee that nobody is gonna feel better on vegetables and processed food than natural diet of meat eggs organs and fruit
The most common sense perspective I've seen so far. A wise young man. I have gone through many diets and not because of sickness. I have an AI condition and I finally found a regiment (raw plant food) that has aliviated almost all my pain. People should keep searching because there will be something out there that will work for them.
Oftentimes, people poison themselves more with the words coming out of their mouth than with the food coming in. Great advice, young man!

Hey Andrea, yes make a video about what you eat, thats great! I also follow Paul a lot haha. I am on animal based diet for a few months now, and I also felt incredibly better after removing a lot of things from my diet overall. Mainly Im not bloated as you said, Im really full and when I eat sugar/seed oils I feel way worse, tired, etc. But since being animal based I am kinda am getting fed up with the meat, but that is probably because I eat one type of meat all the time. And I really want to snack a lot. Like meat and fruits arent enough for me, that I want more, but I can still go without anything else. Sometimes I eat 500 grams of meat and its fine for a whole day, sometimes i need twice as much, it really depends.

@@andreapruneri I do not need any nuts, Saladino says they aren't meant for eating and are seeds, but I dont think it will do anything bad to you if you eat them occasionally. Even native americans used to eat them. I prefer and try to eat only meat with some spices, organs, and mainly berries as fruit, since I like berries the most and they are really full of many nutrients (blueberries for example). I really like eating berries a lot but the meat is getting very repetitive especially without spices and how limiting Saladino makes it but I am starting to use spices more and more along with other kinds to flavour the meat. Also all animal organs are really nutritious and you dont need much of them, but they dont taste good to me at all but a little of it each day is rly healthy imo.
Amazing!!! I was searching for a long time about nuts, but simply couldn't find a response. What I find interesting about your situation is the fact that you are getting tired of meat... I think that our body tells us exactly what it needs (even though we should distinguish between bodily signs and monkey brain ; ) and maybe you could consider adding a little bit of variation. For me personally it works really well to eat also Yogurt, eggs, fish (no big fish or from acquacultures!) and other tipes of meat. What do you think about that?
@@andreapruneri Yes haha, I am getting tired of meat and you are absolutely right. variation is very good. I like beef stew for example, but that requires spices etc. And It's time consuming. I usually just buy minced pork or beef 95% of the time, literally for the cost and it can cook for like 5-10 minutes and its done. Especially if you just use salt or few spices. If I didnt care about the cost I would eat different type, and different cut of meat. I realised with fish that a lot of them are fed crap, for example salmon sold where I live is fed orange feed so it's orange... and wild caught are all insanely expensive. But I agree with you. Gotta grind for money to afford the good meats haha. If I could I wouldn't care like I do now lol.

One thing that can create resistance is trying to keep up with various interests. Unfortunately in our lifetime we don't have enough time to do all we want. So we need to prioritize.

Nothing new but that's because I've learnt these things in my 4 years of Uni, especially the last one that I don't hear many talk about, a lot of videos are about "learning" or "note-taking techniques" which are great but without the thought of "using this knowledge", as you say, it really doesn't stick for that long and it's a very simple trick in concept yet not always so to simple to apply though, which I guess it would be the reason why you learn more from this than from highlighting words.
