I just bought house for 320k in Woodbury completely redone no carpet, granite, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, granite in bathroom, shower rip out with tile shower 3 bedroom 2 bath.
Very updated...how old is the roof? Is the bond paid off? Between the 6's...prime location. Patio villa at 1,100+ square feet is room enough for me & doggie.
On the other end of the patio villa price range, there was a patio villa for sale a few weeks ago for $250K...it needed a lot of updating. How many projects do you want to take on? Or are you willing to live in a home needing updating for a period of time if it means you can get a home in The Villages at a lower cost?

Bond paid. Roof 2014. 1,386 Sq. Ft....closed end of March.

Not for 320, around 235, no carpets in bedroom. I'll put my own ceiling fans in. New construction
