Great video! I feel like I know so much about it now. Thank you very much. So am I to the sam that the Royal Oak area is with a larger and more expensive home’s are located? However, one of my bigger concerns are is that I do not really really see any parking space for when you invite people over for dinner. Are there no lots I see near the homes for them to park and walk over? I cook a lot, so I like to entertain a lot, but it seems like the houses only have enough for one car, the owner. What do people do about that please?

Two quick questions, are all these areas you are discussing today in Sumter County? I'm thinking about the tax rates. And do you know if in Hickory Head, do they pay an extra-large fee that takes care of the pool inside of it? The gate was open when I was there and was able to drive in :) Thanks

You also forgot to mention that you need to stay in your lane. I've seen several people changing lanes in the roundabout for no reason or drift into the lane next to them.

That’s a big price for basically an army barrack with a nice backyard. If the neighbors were any closer, you’d have to charge them rent.

Signage can be improved. Approaching many roundabouts on Morse/Buena Vista when traveling north or south there are signs indicating the proper lane usage. However side streets typically just show drivers a single line around a two lane roundabout and never indicate proper lane use. I often see those cars use the outer lane to go to the third exit. Also basic stuff like signs at all approaches stating traffic in the roundabout has the right of way might help. Many drivers casually enter with another car already coming at them. That said why is this still a problem after all these years with no improvements?

The more I use the roundabouts the better I like them. They keep traffic flowing instead of having to wait 5 minutes at each light. Pay attention, look at the signs showing where you should be posted at the entrance to the roundabouts and slow down.

the most ugly, cookie cutter homes ever, and no privacy-no fences, no walls, no real vegetation. Fla has a long reputation for shoddy construction in these huge subdivisions.

Living in Alhambra we have it all. Close to hospital, close to all shopping, many country clubs, Savannah Center, polo field which is amazing to walk which is one mile long, house is small but p-e-r-f-e-c-t. Friendly area. We actually have it all… with that we do not have a three car garage and entire Alhambra is vinyl siding and not stucco. Our lots are a little bigger and farther from the road. One note, we are the only village that does not have a pool or a rec center-they are close by but we actually do not have our own.

Hate the colors, hate the kitchen. Why are they the only ones with a pool?

Ridiculous price of $648,000 for a 2,000 sq ft home and packed in like sardines in that development. A nightmare scenario. Imagine if you have a Karen/Daren for a neighbor? You'd be trapped like rats!! No thanks!

Huge price! Brand new Courtyard villas for about half the price, LOL. The tiny pool isn't worth that much. Small square footage. Home right on top of the road and neighbors homes just a few feet away.

There are two reasons i would never live there. 1. They advertise 55+, but you can live there age 19+. 2. It is in the boonies, 1.5 hours to an airport! No thanks 😮

I'm not sure why it was necessary in a video I just watched, 10 things why you should not move to the villages, to list a swinger lifestyle. Why is a filthy, immoral lifestyle glorified and being promoted? That is absolutely disgusting. I believe sexual activity is a private matter and I'm sick of having people throw their genitals and perverted sex acts in my face. Of course, the comments were turned off on that video. Have some decency and remove that filth. I was researching places to retire and found the concept of the village ideal...until that. So, you are obviously seeking liberal mindsets. That, I am not.
