It’s quite a ride from way up north to the south end, isn’t it? I see you took the Water Lily bridge, instead of the Bexley (Southern Oaks) bridge across the Turnpike. That way has only opened up recently (to get to Eastport). I hadn’t seen that yet. And I’m surprised you took Buena Vista most of the way (instead of Morse Blvd) Thanks 🙏🏻 That was a fun ride

WOW. By the time you’re finish close to $700,000. Property tax God knows HOA God knows what seniors could afford that unless you had a home in Brooklyn, New York for million dollars they got to be kidding there.

Love the mature landscaping in the north side of The Villages. When I visited The Villages in July, I stopped at the First Responders rec center...very impressive collection of first responders gear. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you for the golf cart ride. Is the opening of Eastport on track for Summer, 2025?

What do you mean "Privacy?" These houses are so on top of each other, I dont think I would ever have the feeling of privacy. The price?.....The villages are known for building the cheapest houses in the country.

That price is crazy.

Outside pool and sitting spaces not under a Lanai? That is gonna be a buggy outside. The Villages does a nice job building their communities and amenities and the grounds are generally very well kept. I visit a couple times a year at a friends house and always have a great time. But these villas a few years back were 1/2 the price or less, and they are building so many more units everyday. If (when) we get a real estate correction - look out below!

What a JOKE!! No granite in the bath, no bird cage, can spit & hit neighbors, hot & humid 8 months out of the year, congested (due to snowbirds in Winter),. Oh; what more could I want for my 600,000.00? NO Thanks for now!!

It's crazy to me to put in a pool when you're paying for the community pool at the same time.

That is expensive !!!! Yikes 😂. And it feels so congested. I can imagine you hear everyone’s dogs barking! Feels claustrophobic with all the uses close by. And too hot 🥵. PS. I am not a fan of Florida. But I think there are more economical places to live there .

I've never heard anyone include the garage space in the square footage.

Would be nice for a single or couple retirees who want a simple/downsized life. My only complaint is it would be nice if the pool had a screen enclosure.

I wish they had a tiny home village at The Villages, a community of 1-person dwellings. I can afford a new tiny home and would love to have a place for it in the Villages that charged maybe $600-$800/month lot rent and came with access to the pools and golf courses. I wouldn't care if it was way out at the edge of the Villages properties. It could be very pretty like the tiny home villages in Austin or Tampa, or even South Carolina and Oregon, if designed well and maintained well. I would just like to stay in Florida but don't want a $250,000+ house, or a 2/2 mobile home. I need very little space and don't need a Florida room.

Yeah, that price is a bit much. Even with plantation shutters and crown molding, the rooms are small, kitchen cabinet color is too out there, laundry in garage is a no, house needs some painting. I think it’s overpriced.

Every one of those houses looks the same outside. Don't drink too much, might walk into the wrong house.

The house is too small,and the backyard is too sterile for our taste . We want pont view with some trees. 1.5 car garage? Nope. Thank you for the video.
