A third of SAns live in rural areas . Can't they grow enough food for themselves ? 28 million SAns (almost half ) receive grants. Maybe they should spend less money at the shebeen and more on food.
Exactly my point! In places like Eastern Cape the elderly are still the backbone of domestic farming, we need young people to come on board. There has to be ways to discourage envying the fancy office jobs and instead making the best of what one has which is land. E.C. has massive fertile land.
Bring food prices down in south Africa some people are going to bed without having a meal that is heart breaking please please why are people voting for
Yes! But we need government to encourage young people to come on board. Elderly people are still the backbone of domestic farming. Younger people do not even want to attend meetings.
Please Please please 🙏 in the name of our lord Jesus Christ bring food prices down how can food prices be so high and people cannot even afford sometimes to buy a bread that is so hart breaking
Minister please help us find ways to discourage the envy of fancy office jobs by young people instead attract young people to agriculture. In places like the Eastern Cape there is massive fertile land but the most productive people in domestic farming are middle age to elderly people. Young people have developed dependency on grants instead of making the best out what they have.
They all have task to do not just sitting down that's why a lot don't want gnu it is time to prove yourself wether you got phd or matric must have proof of the money
I would like John Steenhuise to ask the farmer's why they pick there fruit from the tree's before it is the right time to be picked? The pips are still in the infant stage. And we buy it from greengrocer and it never get's ripe. And we wasted our money to buy it. So if you want to talk about food security then the farmer's must think about there quality of there food.
