A story about the concept of LAGOM. My bf and I studied in Australia for a year. We lived with some Chinese people in a dorm. I befriended one of the girls and taught her the word and concept of lagom. I didn't really know if she had grasped it until some days later. We were eating dinner and my bf was serving, he turned to her and asked how much she wanted, she smiled at him and said "lagom". My bf looked confused for a second before he started laughing. She used it in the correct context perfectly and this was not a scenario I had told her about before hand.
