The pasta being named "creepypasta" made me facepalm. This game is truly charming; though also immensely dark.

Capt Spaceboy : Furious
Sweetheart : Manic
Well I did for sweetheart and just now the unbread Twins
And also, another commenter pointed out that they have the color they are good against:
-Space Ex Boyfriend is mostly green and blue and he gets furious, while Angry is good against Sad
-Unbread Twins are yellowish and they get miserable, while Sad is good against Happy
-Sweetheart has a lot of red and she gets manic, while Happy is good against Angry

I thought they were Omori and Aubrey, so I thought at some point they would be kidnapped or converted or idk and you'll have to fight them to save them. But no, completely original characters. The fight was still fun though.
If you are not enoughly leveled, this boss is HARD.
If you grinded too much, it's the other way around.

What level would be recommended for this boss?
@@mariy4582 I don't know which level exactly, but following the storyline I'd say go to the orange oasis just before going to deeper well and do everything there before going for this boss. I _think_ you'd be almost at level 40 or something, which should be more than enough

Headbutt is the funniest move because Aubrey just marched up to them and then looks like she's blocking them from stepping forward
My party was level 33 and it was still hard. I had to use the special attack two times because they were healing themselves everytime, but the music is pretty good so I wasn't feeling frustrated.
What rocked for me is that I got to use energy release two times too and both times the whole sequence accidently sinchronised with battle theme in the exact same parts and it was perfect!!
It wasn’t really that hard for me, they only healed once and didn’t actually attack at all

This is why OMORI with only headspace (not even Black Space BTW) would be a horror game.
DOUGHIE and BISCUIT must be the closest resemblance to their Real World Counterparts, DAPHNE and BOWEN. The twins of MIKHAEL a.k.a. "THE MAVERICK." lol
Observations (spoilers):
1. Mari isn't at the picnic basket. Is it because putting her there will remind Sunny that she's dead (toast)?
2. The twins mirror Sunny's situation. They are afraid to go through the portal and see the world, like how Sunny is afraid to break out of being a hikikomori and go outside / face the truth. But does he hate the constant cycle of the headspace resetting, just like how the twins hate baking fresh bread over and over again?
3. Are they called unbread (undead) because they are not toast, or because they are like zombies that keep making bread? If they viewed the ones that spoke to them (Aubrey, Hero, and Kel) as "toast", are they referring to them as dead people? And that's why they were surprised that the "dead people" were talking? They would be considered dead because they are just sunny's imaginary friends after all.
4. The cacti at the end vaguely look like Mari. Seeing that the gravestones are toast, it seems that this whole area is scarily close to the truth.
for the first one, Mari isn’t at her basket on any dangerous situations, like before a boss fight. (E.g Humphrey, Sweetheart, and the unbread twins.) I think this is because Sunny doesn’t want her to get hurt again, as said when you go through the deeper well near the end of the game. ‘You grant her the safety of a picnic blanket’ :)
They are unbread because inbread was too funny
In the cutscene, just after all friends fall, it says "you died" and everyone expect omori is toast. Maybe this is why they refer to them as toast, because they made this mandatory situation, where all friends are toast, but back to life

not really, in the real world most people have natural hair and mari and sunnys hairtstyles arent exactly uncommon. also you know the bread twins are in the real world too right?
they are based on the twins at the bakery in othermart
The artstyle just makes a lot of characters look similar, I've seen a lot of people mistake Aubrey and Mari since they have the same hair.

When I fought them, all they did was CONSTANTLY ATTACK AUBREY. Like dude, they made her toast at least 6 times, and made Kel toast around 3 times. The fight was so worth it though, I managed to buy 30 waffles and 30 berry smoothies with their money alone.
The damn code has 69 in it. Of course it does.
Beat these guys at around like level 23. It was a loooooong fight. Ended up draining their juice first before their hp lol
You have to drain their juice to win as if their miserable all damage is converted to juice

I don't like controversial things
I went to Orange Oasis after Humphrey, so everything was very easy, but this fight still gave me some trouble. Mostly because they are tanky af and can heal and summon additional enemies. It was still worth it to fight them because of the music.
The moment I beat Sweetheart, I thought that since there was an angry boss and a happy boss, there must be a sad boss also, but I was playing the Sunny route and there was no sad boss. Still I kept preparing by buying lots of items that make you angry and equipping skills that make you angry.
Little did I know...
This is a physiological horror game btw

I mean, given that dead people canonically become toast in Headspace, the twins are creating zombies or other undead constantly and/or eating dead people.

Man, I was a little over level 30, and that fight was HARD. I could keep up with the damage they were doing, but I couldn't make a dent in their HP because they kept healing themselves. But I'm also a moron, so it took me a while to remember that I should make my party angry to beat them. Once I did that, I hit them enough to make them run out of juice. I think that's the reason why I was able to beat them, they couldn't heal themselves anymore
Seeing twins and the words "Tea Time" at the same time on screen brings out the Evillious Chronicles in me

ah yes battle against sad bread
I was ar level 18/19 and generally underleveled after beating Pluto, this fight was miserable...
First I made Kel make everyone Enraged
I tried making the Bread Twins sad early but they just kept their hopes up
They Killed Aubrey almost immediately
I only did like 200-300 damage most of the time which would be a good amount in any previous boss fight but it was like nothing to them
They did 230 damage to Hero one shooting him, luckily that never happened again but they were really close multiple times
The Bread Twins are SAD
The Bread Twins healed themselves bringing them back to full HP basically
Accidentally made Aubrey ESTATIC and they also killed Kel
I healed Kel but then they killed Aubrey
When everyone was alive I did my special move doing a good 1500 damage which made me happy until they healed 1300 HP which pissed me off
The fight was beginning to depleted all of my SNACKS and I had to heal or replenish JUICE every 2 turns which meant I did less damage.
I tried to use Shun (because it was the only move that did more than 300 damage) and Smile and Can't Catch Me to lower their stats
The Bread Twins became MISERABLE... Finally some hope
From there I just kept healing and using Skills
Kel finally defeats the Bread Twins using a normal attack doing a heck ton of 850 damage.
After that fight everyone (except Aubrey) had less than 10 JUICE and I only had about 10 SNACKS left other than Life Jam related items and Tofu. Luckily I have a lot of clams so I should be able to get a lot of Combo-Meals
I was pretty overleveled in my hikikomori route so the fight literally took me 4 or 5 minutes
@@randomperson093 The Bread Twins are a boss you should probably fight after Humphrey based on my opinion, but even at LV23 It was still a tough fight

i was really overpowered for this fight (everyone on level 50), so when i did the battle, i won so easily- i really wish i hadnt fought all those weird squid things in the deep well 😀🔫

It's funny how the Unbread Twins are 'cursed' to cook bread for all eternity... meanwhile Daphne and Bowen are quite happy with their jobs in real life. I have a feeling Sunny heard Mikhael (AKA THE MAVERICK) complaining about how he didn't want to be a part of the family business, and assumed the twins would feel the same way.
Simple ways to defeat them
1. Aubrey follow up Kel
2. Stats down attack (stare, smile, etc)
3. Air horn, makes everyone enraged and Omori furious
4. Just attack! Combo/high attack is better, like beatdown, hack away, ricochet, etc

I went to orange oasis before going in deep well. And i actually opened that place, but didnt overcome fear of water. So i just forgot of that place until one day left on hikkomori and after the lost library fully beaten. Kinda sad i didnt struggle at it. Its kinda fun fighting stage 3 enemies.

I actually almost won while underleveled (25), if it wasn’t for the fact that both the twins hit me and both their attacks hit in the heart at omori.
The Unbread Twins' damage output is truly terrifying. I have seen them oneshot Kel and Aubrey even when the twins have the emotional disadvantage.
And I think they're bugged to only be able to bake two allies during the whole fight, rather than 2 at a time. That may be intentional, since the fight is already hard, but it seems lie a bug. Imagine how much harder they would be if they could keep baking allies.

finally i found the place, and defeat them with kel nuke and omori nuke (hikikomori) so i use vertigo and run n gun skill, kel's flex, with esctatic/manic emotion and coffee, aubrey's last resort, ofc...thats like 10000+ total damage in 1 turn lol
edit: i defeat them before the "unbread twins can no longer become happy/angry" text appear
I didnt know I could put them down after I’ve picked them up. So I killed All of them to find the code, damn it.
If you're playing the hikkiomori route and you want a actual chalenge. Fight these guys at level 29 or 30 on one day left, pretty fun.

Wow no wonder this battle was hell for me I was painfully underlevelled lmao, all my members were level 27/28
I did them at level 21/22 in both my sunny route and my Hikki route. It took 13 minutes but I love the fight. Kel flex and run ‘n’ gun combo is insane
@@ipsnip5828 is run and gun worth using then? I just use the 3 hit one for dealing single target damage
@@Lumix_Corrupt if kel is ecstatic flex makes kel do around 2x damage and always hit. Then if you max speed you can deal about 750 to 1000 damage with run n gun
