@@taskeen777 after the fight hero becomes confused and doesn't remember what happened so i think the tie mr Jawsum gave him corrupted hero and thats why he did something out character because he wasn't himself when he equipped the tie

Honestly the Basil border is the best in my opinion, since it looks like the entire game is played in the photo album. Sadly it disappears from the menu when you reach Humphrey :c

Like. just imagine playing blind and you finish the Mari fight and out of NOWHERE the boarders just changed to black. Horrifying
I think it makes it MORE unnerving actually that the border doesn’t change in that fight.
I think it helps remind the player that something like, that… Could happen ANYWHERE in the game, not just in the real world and blackspace. Which in my opinion, only serves to bolster the helpless/anxious feelings that are prominent in the hikikomori route.
You NEVER overcame the darkness, and now it can spring out at you at any time it wants…
I had borders on the whole game and then decided to take them off for this last boss rush, big mistake…
10:16 Interesting detail on how it says Sunny instead of Omori when you attacked, but says "What will Omori and Basil do". proof that he's still having trauma.

Basils border will also dissapear and no longer be available near the end of the game after your friends start forgetting about basil

Makes me wonder whether Sunny was happy being the therapist friend all this time
I imagine that he was never _really_ comfortable about it, but just like a real friend would, understood that they needed to get this out of their system.
My interpretation was just that if something bothers Basil, it bothers Sunny by default. It's admittedly a bit of projection on my part, but that's what it strikes me as; I'm an introvert who hates seeing loved ones get pushed around, so I project that emotion onto an obviously introverted character. After all, wouldn't you be upset if somebody annoyed/picked on/etc. a friend/family member enough for them to actually speak up on it?
...Of course, I don't tend to look into media as deeply as other people, so take my take with a grain of salt.
It says OMORI and BASIL vent THEIR anger, not just BASIL'S.
They both get angry so I thought Basil talking about something that made him mad and because Sunny/Omori is his friend he gets angry too
Sunny wasnt happy about being the therapist friend.. but he wanted to help
I love how for that one boss man Hero face they just took Dream Hero’s angry face and Real World Hero’s happy mouth and just mashed them together

my thoughts about the Polaroid event: bro imagine beings Sunnys conscious and you give him the chance to learn the truth with your real friends by your side, change your life for the better, and all that good stuff only for them to become a completely shut in. Well, since they’re refusing my help, I’ll make them learn the truth in the traumatizing way.
I think you missunderstood the lore, sunnys conscious (omori) is trying to hide it too protect sunny, thats why he hides traumatic thing like the closet from sunny and also in the final fight keeps telling sunny not to tell them anything and that telling them would make things worse.

the Mari playing the piano and in sunnys visions is basically sunnys manifestation of wanting to forgive himself.
Omori in the headspace is the manifistaition of him wanting to remain ignorant.
Something during the nightmare sequences is the manefestation of his guilt.
and during the game all 3 of these is trying to tsake control of something.
In the good ending the part that wants to forgive himself wins
In the bad and hikikimori Omori wins and makes sunny dream forever.
in the neutral endings Something wins and sunny is consumed with guilt for the rest of his life or in the neutral endings where he dies he doesn't go too headspace cuz there is no animation implying he goes to headspase like in the bad ending so I think he just dies permanently cuz omori never fully takes control.
But yeah that's how I think the game is meant to be interperted.

@@magikman481 Stranger just represents basil after learning the truth, but stranger is not accurate to the real world, he is how sunny thinks basil is like after learning the truth, broke and not like how he used to be, and that adds to his guilt

They probably have a contract with the game’s consoles saying they can’t do this to encourage people to buy it on their console.

I'm currently level 46 on the OMORI route/Hikikomori. I'm really close to getting to the Boss Rush, just have to beat the unbelievable Bossman Hero fight. :)
I've seen it be recommended to get to level 50 before boss rush, the friends fight is absolutely brutal

Fun fact about the omoiri border: if you do the hikiomori route with the omoiri border, when you get to day one, the omoiri border will have the reds hand on it

i love border_blackspace. i appreciate the amounts of effort put into it. it probably has the most detail out of all the borders. i applaud the creators of this game.

-bossman hero: silly, weird, arrogant, and super annoying.
Mari boss battle: i thought she will be op cos she didnt hurt us but that's just mari being mari dont leave her hangin' like that boys.
Blackspace event: the 13:19 still got me actin if somehow snuy and babil had better idea like calling the ambulance it would be better for both but im not blaming.

Just finished the game on the Xbox Gamepass release, had no clue it had the new content from the console release. Time to replay the game lol.

i've only ever played the console port, so it was interesting to know a lot of this wasn't in the PC version . it's quite sad, these were some amazing features that most players didn't get to experience. even the little borders were a really cool gameplay mechanic , how they changed depending on where you are. (funny thing, i played on a PC but i played on the xbox website with a controller which is why i got the console features)
I LOVE all aditional content for black space 2. Finally it's looks like scary

As a console player, one quick thing I noticed when playing OMORI was that when Basil went missing, the Basil head on the default border turned into a flower.

Will the new content release to PC to or is it exlusive to the console version? I already got OMORI on PC so I don't wanna buy it for Switch for the new content.
I went into this game completely blind - first time playing it on ps4 (got the only physical copy at the store) and idk what to feel or do lol. I still feel somewhat confused

I only got 2 of the polaroids in the Black Space 2 forest because I was too freaked out.
Bossman Hero supplied me with 300,000 clams and 10 pizzas. Absolutely helped with Perfectheart and other supplies.
