    A wonderful conversation, I particularly appreciated the point that we do our best but we are not perfect … that brings a sense of ease rather than striving (which I can suffer from). Also Gen Menla’s thoughts on rest are very original and helpful. Thank you ☺️

    I needed this im forwarding it to mum ,my dad has got dementia and its been terrible she has just got to a really bad place not coping ,Thank you for this we are all afraid of loss ,i think if we definitely knew we would see our loved ones again after death because to think of the end is hard 😢
