      @@yungkim5834 Why are you talking on "human body's" behalf. Actually it IS programmed to be skinny, hence why everybody i know is skinny. Everyone in america is talking about how people all over the world starve themselves to be skinny when it's not the case cause we're naturally skinny and fit. And america specifically because they eat like cows in mcdonalds and their air is polluted then they wonder why they're fat. And everybody is different some people are naturally fat some people are fit and skinny, doesn't mean the fat one is eating a tonn and doesn't mean the skinny one is working out or eating healthy or starving herself/himself.

    I drink mostly water. I have been eating salads. So tired of spinach. Sometimes I have almonds for snacks. I'm so fking sick of this.

      Hey!! You should try paleo. It consists of protein (meat), fruits, veggies, nuts. Pretty much alot of whole foods and less processed. Cut sugar out as much as you can! Do this and maybe a bit of exercise and the weight will fall off like water. Don't starve yourself.

      I know I'm not eating enough when I get a mild-moderate headache. So it's bad because I'm under eating but a good thing because at least I have a trigger and a headache let's me know. ☺️

      tbh it's not your body, it's your mind, to be in "shape" is just the current stereotype, maybe thousands of years ago fat people were the bomb, or maybe they didn't even have stereotypes, because humans were too focused on surviving, so it's not your fault, it's society's, you don't really need to be in certain shape to be healthy, we all are different and by working out we may not achieve the same, and it's not "unfair" some people are naturally skinny or lose weight faster, because, maybe people with these genes centuries ago died earlier and struggled to survive! i think people don't really think of this type of things, most comments on workout and diet videos are sooo superficial it's honestly sad, we should all be happy by just being healthy, no matter the shape, and being healthy shouldn't feel "hard", i mean, sure mcdonalds taste good, but do they do your health any favor? no! they are just fats and chemicals and processed foods, and you could literally die or live less by eating too much of them, which i don't think it's anyone's goal

      jupiter is a bean You get hungry after working out because your body is burning more calories, so you have to eat more when you workout to build up your muscles again! Eat a good portion including carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats after your workout. Count calories if necessary, but don’t starve yourself. Eat more the days you workout (if you lift heavy you maybe have to eat more on your rest days/the day after you workout too).
      Your body burns more calories when you workout which means you have to eat more calories.

      Koko Chakraborty depends on where you’re starting. If you’re underfeeding your body (extreme dieting, for example 900 cals) you need to eat more! If you’re eating a lot of calories ( more than your recommended daily amount) you need to eat less

      @@kokochakraborty2481 if you like numbers and counting calories, maybe try something like a macro nutrient calculator online! The results can be a little off (try different ones to see the spectrum of results), but it gives you a rough idea of how much you need. Other than that: just listen to your body! Symptoms of underfeeding tend to be very unspecific, like being tired all the time, general weakness and fatigue, loss of hair, bad sleep, loss of period, sometimes even depression. I also often notice cravings for foods that contain a lot of carbohydrates and sugars!

      don’t be scared to eat more, food is essential for your body and 900 calories is definitely not enough for literally anyone :( plus this will also hurt you in the long run because your metabolism will adjust to the 900 calories and you will have to eat even less or exercise more to lose more bodyfat.

      try to go healthy, and eat your desired food at the same time. this may seem difficult at first, but i seen astonishing results. good luck! (eat the right amount or you may get anemia or be low on sugar which can lead to you fainting while exercising/working out.

    Everyone’s body is different;
    I started intermittent fasting 3 months ago and I lost most of the fat , went from 175pounds to 148 i do a lot of resistance workouts I noticed I look more toned mainly my legs and arms😊

    For guys who are struggling with their weight:
    It's all in your head, don't forget that you have the control on what you really want to eat, this mindset avoids me to binge eating, don't listen to your emotions when you are upset, mad, frustrated don't eat that cookie, it might make you feeling good for 5mins but it don't solve the problem, eating is not a solution eat just when ur hungry and I promise you that follow a diet will be much easier, don't give up guys health is essential

      Rois Mac Connmhaigh You’ve turned your fat into muscle so you number has not gone down. Clearly you’ve lost inches and in most cases that’s what’s really matters. Weight loss does not equal fat loss.

      Same and when I do inner thigh workouts I feel like my thighs aren’t burning at all. It’s always my outer thigh that’s why I’m not loosing any inner thigh fat

    I used to think weight loss was impossible until I found intermittent fasting. Same calories just change eating window. I'm gaining muscle mass, increasing water density and only losing body fat. 20lbs down in 2 months. Still have 10 more to go. I give my body more recovery time in between workouts, but it's extremely easy.

      HairVolution10 yes that's what I thought that intermittent fasting would automatically trigger the release of stored fat to be used as energy right? I very low carb high fibre moderate protein a bit of fat. Mostly breakfast is a banana pre workout then I'll have a few cashews or kiwi or melon or papaya. Lunch is a big salad lots of spinach cucumber red bell peppers a bit of chicken or egg. Dinner fruit or nothing.

      Same! I have an eating window from 12pm till 8pm en before and after i fast. It finally makes me drink enough water and tea and after 1 year of struggeling on other diets i finally lost some weight! I also try to fast in the weekends, but if i need to, I give myself a break in the weekends

    I watch this a few times a week as a reminder. It really hits me every time. Ive cut out alcohol completely. No more wine spritzers for me but oh boy has it made a huge difference in my overall appearance. Macronutrients, zero alcohol and weight training/cardio. Wow!!! Thank youuuuu ❤️❤️❤️

    OMG, you’re sent from heaven!!!!!! I swear I was just wondering why I haven’t lost any fat.
    My body type is mesomorph...... SOOO, I gain and lose weight easily. However, I haven’t lost the fat I was praying for.
    I’m a veggie not a vegan so you would think the fat would just drop off. The fat I want to go back to hell(because I want to see my abs) hasn’t taken that round trip yet!

    I stopped watching as much when you started doing keto, I myself tried keto twice and I feel that it is too limiting mentally and personally doesn't work for me.       Britany Fernandez I subscribed on my old phone and sent Christine msgs asking for help , but it seems to me she won’t answer unless you purchase something from her then I saw the nappy headed jobo whatever her name is she brought her macros pckg, and said hardly anything chgd +it was too much for what it offered and not enough options as to switching up what the grocery list that was given n the pckg. Excuse my short-term spelling jus tryn to xplain quickly my thoughts and opinions on gaugegirl . Now dnt get me wrong I was sooo xcited whn I first saw her vids as well I’m like finally,thn I wnt around telling ppl like my nurse that he also didn’t know that they’re 5different body types and I’m jus now finding out I was an endomorph.     This video is so helpful. Everything she said in the video was mindblowing. Since summer of last year I've lost close to 30lbs but never saw a huge change on my upper body. My body held on to the fat on my arms and back. I saw slight changes in my arms but no where near how I wanted to look. I realize after watching this video that I was struggling to loose body fat. My weight was dropping but my body held on to the fat from my upper body because I was consuming less calories. During my first weight lost journey in high school, I was able to loose 20lbs and limit my back fat all together. I notice during my second weight lost (now in college) it became more difficult. Also, my family started to notice that both my skin and eyes started to appear dull. I decided to stop working out and start eating more. I notice without working for months, I loose more weight naturally. After maybe 2 or 3 months without working out I lost another 10lbs. I notice that although I was loosing weight, I need to incorporate vitamins into my lifestyle because my skin and eyes still appeared dull. After several 2 months of taking vitamins and not working, I gained 5lbs but my skin looked more radiant. I am still struggling with fitness and weight loss and there so much I want to accomplish this spring/summer with my fitness. This video has opened my eyes to how weight lost really works. Thank you!

    I'm dieting and drinking enough water and also exercising but still can't lose wait. I feel like I'm sick. Either a thyroid problem or a pancreas problem which is scary to have an endocrine disorder 🙁

    I have a little pooch but I wanted a nice flat strong stomach. I don't eat a lot and I thought that was a good thing, like maybe a snack and dinner. That's what I usually eat but I gained a bit because I was binge eating at a point in my life and I never lost that little bit of fat, even tho I didn't eat like that anymore. Now I know I need to eat more so it can stop storing the fat because my body needs it!!! Thank you!

    Y'all don't be stressed out. It still depends on ur body. 2016, I started to eat less than 500 calories a day and workout in the afternoon. 500 calories is my maximum limit. But I still do eat less than that. I know it's dangerous. But I still tried it. And I lose so much weight. That was 4 yrs ago tho. Now I'm eatin just right for my body and more healthier and cleaner this time plus my daily workout.

    I need to hear this I have been eating less than 1000 calories a day. Most of the time it's around 500. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to food, foods is something I am working on. Ive lost 17 pounds but ive noticed my usually defined calves getting more mushy. I really need to get back on track with meal planning.

    I eat maybe 800-1000 calories and I’m always on the go , i eat lean meats, more fruits and veggies, some gains, i drink a lot water, some coffee and i keep track of every little thing. And i have no clue what’s going on i can see muscle toning a little bit but that’s it.

    glad to find this channel. No-one talks about drinking except here. I didn't start to lose weight get real sleep until I cut all booze out of my life forever -- I have a great dog hikiing boots and a world to explore. I feel confident now after physio for a back injury to start doing some weights but I think there are long distancers and sprinters and I am category one so doing laps in the pool may be my pilates who knows; do need a fitness trainer because I am clueless but I love this channel.

    I’ve been fasting for over a year most days. I can barely meet 1500 calories a day. I have not lost a single pound. I work out 7 days a week weight training and hit with some cardio I’ve cut most carbs. Most of the time I feel starving and tired. My measurements have not changed and honestly it’s so hard not to give up

    I have been dreaming and working toward being a competitor. I’ve been dealing with thyroid issues for a couple years now which would cause me to gain ten pounds over night 😭
    I just started my research on how to fix this issue with food. Subscribing to you for sure. My doctor told me to eat 900 calories a day and that gaining ten pounds over night was “just part of being a woman.” The calorie deficiency didn’t work and I gained 8 more pounds doing it. Since then I have decided to go independently forward with my health I have lost about 15 pounds but it took 6 months. Going to research and add carbs and change my workout routine. This video was helpful and gives me confidence on the path I am taking ✌🏻

    I lost 23 kgs till now in a span of 4 months now my weight is stuck it's not moving I eat about 600-800 calories a day I don't know what to do
    If I eat more my weight will increase and since am eating little my weight isn't moving and I workout a lot too I hydrate myself I am not low on energy I am doing fine

      You should still be doing cardio too.. try HIIT exercises 2-3x a week

      Maybe you eat too little? When you lift heavy weights your body burns more calories - even the day after and on rest days because that’s when your body build up the muscles again.
      Also cardio is great for your overall health and for your heart, so try to do
      cardio/hiit once a week (or twice if you want to)

    In just two videos of yours, I learned so much than I have in the past two weeks of doing keto. The first week of keto and IF, I saw amazing results which was mostly water weight loss. The second week, insulin decreased and I noticed I'm just not hungry anymore and did one meal a day and I gained body fat back. Little did I understand that I was in a caloric deficit for too long and I didn't know that hormones played such a huge role in females which was why my body was freaking out and holding onto the fat despite me eating low calories. This is really helpful. Being in low carb for too long made me very irritable so I'm going to slowly introduce healthy complex carbs back into my diet.

    i learned from previous amounts of videos that you need to confuse your metabolism and train it. you can do this by eating tons of food ( not too much though ) and the next day work out or take a run in the park. try doing this til you cannot run/walk anymore. i seen good results, and i hope it works for anyone reading this comment. good luck! xo ^^

    I stopped being anorexic after this video and ate 1200 calories a day instead for 600-800 max but I ate healthily

      @@Iamsiba207 you won't lose weight. You'll just stay the same due to dysmorphia and starvation mode.
      You'll feel tired, fat, have skinny hair and your heart is a muscle right?
      Before you burn fat, you're gonna burn muscle.
      And your heart is going to become really small, your heartbeat either really fast or abnormally slow.
      Even a few days can do this. Trust me. I know.

      @@nuraisya9927 I ate what i wanted throughout the day and actually lost weight because this way the body works harder to burn calories. Also eat spicy foods, milk, water with lemon, green tea etc to boost metabolism and just eat fruits and whatever u want and due to fast metabolism. (Those girls who eat so much and are still skinny.) You can eat, not overeat or eat overly bad, what you want and feel happy
