@@guillermobarroso2990 nah Chris Hadfield debunked ghis very theory in one of his debunking videos. He basically said living in space is the laziest existence ever, and you dont have yo exercise. But it is recommended to because when you eventually return to Earth, you dont wanna be a blob.

Note also that the majority of patients demonstrate constitutional symptoms such as fever, weight loss, and malaise.
They say that It stay in space for too long makes your overall constitution weak... Because you dont have gravity or anything pressing your body... Your body concentrates on other stuff
