That makes people lose customers, because they start doing it themselves. You never wanna run yourself out of business. I can change the back glass on my phone in the matter of a few mins. When it comes to everything else I'd say a few hrs when if I have to replace the glass or the digitizer. Cameras are quite simple, same with batteries. Just gotta be careful is all when doing so. I'm glad you have a channel on it though, and keep up the awesome work. I wish I could get back into it myself.
That precision on removing the LCD panel is impeccable... Cz we all know that OLED display is very delicate... One small mistake can crack it... Respect...

The superiority of the OEM display with factory calibrated displays are the best you can get. If it's not broken why fox it right? So I agree with this method.

Most places do that so they can keep your broken screen and sell it to a refurbisher that will re-laminate the top glass.
