For anyone struggling with the side buttons: press firmly on the white dots inside the frame. Then you should be able to wedge the buttons out.

More than likely Isopropyl alcohol. A high purity IPA, like 99%, will help dissolve the adhesive that sticks the screen to the phone.

What to do if u really only want to change the frontglas
Technically it is possible but it's EXTREMELY hard to accomplish without destroying the OLED itself.
