Thank you for this short one, I usually meditate for 45 minutes but my son interrupted me after 30 minutes. He was heading off to work at 4am and needed something from me. After he left I was able to continue for 15 minutes, I wished him a good day before he left. Early in the morning is the only time for me because of my two grandsons aged 2 & 4 yrs, once they're awake around 6am, it's full on. They go off to early childhood at 9am and are back at 2pm because of level 2 lockdown. They keep me busy at 67 yrs old, meditation keeps me going and I give thanks every day for this gift - those of you reading this, have a beautiful day full of blessings 🌈☮️💙

I’ve been using other guided meditations for several days now in hopes that I will be able to get myself through one without needing a guide. This 15 min session was perfect for my first try alone. I was still a little distracted in the beginning but once I got on track, I was able to hold it. I may have not even needed the 5 min bells, but it was nice to know they were there if I needed it. I can’t wait to keep practicing. Meditation is so peaceful and nice, I love how I feel afterwards. Thank you for the video!

I note at the end the suggestion to subscribe, and I have done so, looking forward to other videos. Despite being Western, I can do this practice, and I feel really connected spiritually each time, from about two thirds of the way through, once it has taken a real hold. Very grateful to you, and I am about to recommend this video to my FB contacts.

I really enjoy and am trying to grasp this form of meditation, but does anybody else jump out of their skin when the bells sound?

Kath138 make the volume softer. As you go deeper in silence your sense wake up and are more sensitive, so the sound of the bell can be jarring. Even the opposite, if we are lost in thought and forget to be present the bell can be jarring. At least I have found this in my experience. This helped greatly, lowering the volume.

I just don't judge the bell and keep relaxing right into the vibration of the Sound

I have the volume low so the bell is not causing an adrenalin rush. It did when I had the volume higher.

In my experience, the more I focus on the present the more i get scared by the bells 😕 when i was distracting, the bell just happened like a perfect reminder. But if i focus on the present and the peaceful silent , i keep expecting the bell to come like “here come the bell here come the bell here come” then 🥴 .
