    Contrary to many other guided meditations out there this speaker actually keeps quiet for most of the time in between his announcements actually letting people meditate. I really appreciate this. Could almost call it a semi guided meditation.

    Your video showed up in my feed and I listened to it before sleep. I slep within minutes of your video, just because of your voice and the silence in between. It’s like heaven ❤️ Thank you so much. It’s so difficult for me to find a voice and a method that isn’t irritating to me.

    I'm deeply impressed by this. I had the privilege of reading something similar, and it left a deep impression on me. "Reclaiming Connection: The Journey of a Digital Detox" by Joshua Ember

      If you made the course by now, you're realized that this is not vipassana.
      But It's quite usefull anyway. Hope you achieved great results with your course.

    I love your videos, they really help me shutting down my PTSD for a while! 🙏🏻🐌
    BUT today it was all ruined by a terrible noisy commercial, is it possible to find your videos not risking that again? 😵‍💫😂

    Hello,
    Would you comment on the preference to breathe in and out through the nose vs in through the nose out through the mouth? Not sure if it's a big deal but have wondered recently about it.

    Brilliant delivery. Is this meditation available on your app too? What is it called. Couldn’t find a 30 min vipassana in your app

    Love how people say guided the beginning talks a little bit and then that's the end of it it's not guided

    Thank you for these videos, they are great for me. Just one question - if when I am meditating and you get an itch, should I break concentration and scratch it? Or just try an observe the sensation?

    • @punamd571
      @punamd571 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You are able to recognize itch bec your awareness goes there. Try to have awareness on breath and itch will go away.

    I breath through my nose. Is that wrong or just a more yoga way.
