At the end of the Asgard sagas, Valka gives warning to not repeat Odin's behaviors, which means that Eivor is always in control of their choices--thus that extends to Sigurd as well. This isnt Sigurd being Tyr, this is Sigurd expressing his deep wounds. Grow up.
Holger already caused separate issue before this and this is all within the story's timeline so I imagine he did it often, sigurd was more than justified I would say as the problem was that it kept happening, with such a heavy hand holger will be a good number more cautious or he may actually stop. Which is why it didn't happen again after.

Hopefully you got your answer or even the armor itself, but I recommend the Shinobi set man. It looks REALLY cool, the stats it has are also good (even after the patch on Monday), and the buffs it gives are also good. One sword is blue and the other is green, and they get this really cool flame-like aura in their respective colors after getting a kill. One weapon grants you +10% crit chance upon a kill, and the other grants you +10% crit damage. I do not know how long the effects last, but you'll be killing enemies left and right in Valhalla so I guess you'll always have them active when needed lol (at least get the gear set if you don't care for the mount and raven. Saves Helix Credits a.k.a money)

But when judgement is given by Jarl, it is to be obeyed, fair or unfair. I never questioned Sigurd. It was excessive but he was still Jarl at the time and I had come to like his character from the beginning and sympathized with him. And by game's default level system, I had to grind and do useless stuff before rescuing Sigurd. I find it hilarious that Ubisoft make us grind in order to proceed forward in the story and then have the characters get all upset and angry for taking our sweet time and I kinda agree with them. Apart from all of that, Sigurd is the only good voice actor apart from Male Eivor and Basim which brings the true emotions out in the character.

As for supposedly not having anything to do with the wider franchise, Eivor's actions in Vinland are a MASSIVE precursor to the storyline of Assassin's Creed III and Connor's journey. People who hate on Valhalla have either never played it proper, or they're just die-hard PS3 era fanboys. Untrustworthy in their blind criticism.

Yes, Holger was in the wrong, but everyone in this scene, except the "Jarl" who is never there and does shit for his people, is baffled by his words, for he demands a compensation the culprit can't give. Even Gudrun is against it and feels visibly uncertain and she accused Holger in the first place so he would be tried FAIRLY. Sigurd is not just or wise, he is merely blinded by his god complex. And frankly: It's so goddamn annoying.
Dude Sigurd was being extra with his judgment on Holger & regardless of disagreeing with him I still got the good ending

I know it’s so uncanny. I wish they’d just committed to one being male eivor and tuned the conversations around him. Right now it feels like people are talking right through eivor and it’s so uncanny.

@jameslahey2005 Well Valhalla has Assassin characters (Basim, Hytham, Roshan, etc) fundamental social stealth via blending with crowds, interacting with everyday activities to divert attention, wearing hoods, using a hidden blade. As for supposedly not having anything to do with the wider franchise, Eivor's actions in Vinland are a MASSIVE precursor to the storyline of Assassin's Creed III and Connor's journey.
People who hate on Valhalla have either never played it proper, or they're just die-hard PS3 era fanboys. Untrustworthy in their blind criticism.

Give him their weapons & teach their ways, again to a mindless warrior who doesn't care. Then make him go out & do what they're supposed to be doing. Also, blind criticism from fanboys? So that basically means you're new to this series, & probably started with III. You have to be based on your opinion of how flawless this viking simulator is.
