We also rapid switch, more often when tired or super stressed. We actually giggled when watching the first part of this as your first two switches we both yawned and switched at the same time as you guys 😆. We sometimes yawn when switching but not always. We would love to see a video on rapid switching. Curious to understand it more. We have sub systems and are only just learning our amnesia walls between systems and who is connected to where etx. We think we’ve found one alter who connects to the new sub- system ans the only way to them or back to us is through her. But our sub-system seems to rapid switch and feels more anxiety. We try to do video journals as often as we can. And many when watched back, are full of rapid switching. It is mostly amnesia between switches or foggy memory. I think mental overload for us causes it and then we just switch to another sub-system once too overloaded. It’s utterly exhausting beyond belief. Kudos to you for making videos to help show others. Dear pizza system, Thank you for making those video's! It's probably scary to show yourself this vulnerable and therefore I have massive respect for all of you. One short question. Does Joey have his ticks in the inner world as well, or is it less? I wish I could say something to all of you one by one, but I sadly don't have the time for that. I’m curious about how you decide what to eat. Is it whoever is fronting who picks, is there a consensus? If someone switches in the middle of a meal, and the new fronter wants something else, do they get other food?

@@thepizzasystem Poor Akuma. I feel his pain. I'm always exhausted. It seems to be a common theme whenever anyone asks me "how are you?" my default response is just "Tired." If I'm not being too intrusive, I had another question. Does everyone know who they switch out with? And what causes rapid switching? Is it someone wanting to front, or do they just get thrown there?
@@Jennifer-ok6cv No most of the times you don't know >.< Rapid Switching on the other hand can be caused by and overwhelming amount of triggers & stress, as far as we know. While going through cycles of rapid switching you don't know who is going to front or why, it isn't really choice more like a roulette ;-; - Vivi

They said in the video before this that he age slid and now he's 16 rather than about 10. And they said his tics are more frequent when he's older :)

Usually it depends on who is fronting
