Thank you! I started learning the grill by taking a ticket here or there probably about two/three months ago or so now, and I moved on to doing half and then full shifts about a month/two ago. I have been working here for going on a year now though, so I’ve been learning by watching other cooks over that time too.
Dang imagine doing this fryin, grill, sauté and working on pizza at the same, time managing is crazy where I cook @, but this is just so calm and good to watch.
That sounds pretty tough indeed, much respect; I kind of feel where you're coming from, as it can get hectic when we have to make omelets, as they require a lot of attention take you away from the grill. | I'm glad you're enjoying the content, I have more on the way!
Why are you not changing gloves after handling raw meat??!! Everything you touched after this contaminated. And when was that griddle last cleaned properly?? Looks like it's been months.
I believe you are technically correct, as cross-contamination is a real concern, however I make sure everything I touch after the meat ends up on the grill, thus rendering this a non issue.
LOL you should run the left sides of those spachles through a knife sharpers they would work better for grill chopping! i mean if there your own of course!
I am a big fan of these channels. I started with @MrT2022 and then found @povcookMX and have now found your channel. I find it very relaxing watching you guys cook. Question for you though...shouldnt you change your gloves after handling raw meat? I don't know all of the rules of food and contamination, but I have seen you touch raw meat in a couple vids and then reach in and touch cheese or veggies with the same gloves on.

Nasty as hell flat top . Then when you clean off the grill with that 6 inch knife and you did not even clean it off. You just went back cooking with it. You may think your a good cook but you need to really watch your videos and maybe you can fix what your doing wrong. I really think you just don’t notice it anymore.

Should keep those spatula’s clean at all times , a moist rag set on the side to wipe after cooking would do u good

Every team member in your crew should be wearing gloves, not just you. Clean as you go.. your work space is a hot mess.
Hi Genee, per my other comment, we have addressed the glove issue, and I'm doing my best to keep the grill looking clean.
