That bain tub that held beaten eggs was absolutely filthy 🤮 Cheese directly onto dirt on the cabinet. Worst cooked 'fried eggs' I have ever seen, 1/2 of them cut off and wasted because they were so badly overdone. Finally wiping the bench - sort of - with a used cloth that sat there the whole time, then handling food with the same gloves that touched the cloth. Cooked food placed directly onto dirty side bench. Cross-contamination everywhere. Shocking and disgusting work practice!
