Great work as always it is a pleasure to see some of the only people who are willing to crack such a great gem of a game wide open and do it in such style! Is there any chance you would ever consider doing “challenge speedruns” through some of the sections of the game? Like all special objective of the Dark Brotherhood or max difficulty arena? I think it would be a fun idea to consider and I would be interested in seeing it.
My current focus is on the "official" categories since rerouting these helps me find improvements to the 100% route as well, but eventually I might go for challenge runs. The Oblivion speedrun community just made a category extension page and will likely be adding new types of runs, so we'll see what happens.
I looked into skyrim briefly but ultimately I'm not familiar enough with it and am not driven by nostalgia as much to want to get WRs for it at the moment.

Yeah there are a ton of quests in this game that let you do stuff like that to skip small parts of quests.

I bought morrowind recently to try it out, we'll have to see after I spend more time with it.
