It's the long wait till spring, so there is not too much stuff going on. Wet crumby days are a good time to do some house keeping and organizing. Plus ya never know what your going to find cleaning up an old barn!

When I used to deal with cleaners all the time I use that Udder Balm to heal my arms ... Amazing stuff ... as far as the sinking asphalt... Its sinking for a reason (undermined) youd have to dig it out and support it by gravel or cement, then use a hot or liquid tar on the edges so the new asphalt will adhere
