This villa is in the city center. It is owned by a mafia drug lord. The owner was jailed for 20 years. It's time to get out of prison. We have been asked by people to clean this house so that when the owner of the house is released from prison, he can stay here. It's really hard and dangerous to clean this house. Weeds covered the house almost completely. After a lot of effort we have completely removed the weeds and cleaned the house.

This house can't be worth $50 Million. Too small and unfinished! The house next door is in the same disarray, therefore the owner must be in prison, as well. They could be friends, who knows. These guys are experts. They know what they are doing. What a partnership and synchronicity. I would trust these guys to clean my mansion, for sure.
Maybe $50million to build at the time but the window frames are not even complete so it must have been under construction at the time of the boss' incarceration ??!!! If the owner is a drug lord, why hasn't he got the money to do his own house up? If he really is a drug lord (dealer) why would anyone do his house up? Sorry but your time could have been spent doing houses up for people who deserve it. Great job though but shouldn't have been done for this man. Drug dealers do NOT deserve to breath the same air as hard working folk do. Just my opinion.

Watching all these videos of similarly looking luxurious houses left abandoned makes me wonder what happened. They seem to be in an executive subdivision (because the houses are almost similarly built), but for some reason we're put on hold. They are not finished yet.

I don't think it's a for sale sign. I read the description and it said the owner, who is a mafia drug lord, is getting released from prison after doing 10 years. He had them hired to clean it up before his release date. So it was ready before he returned back home. I also agree with you, the whole time they were on the roof just hanging on to the tiles. I could of had a heart attack. They def needed to be tied off, had a harness of some kind....SOMETHING!! Very dangerous. Although if they did fall off the roof of a mafia drug lord and they got injured on his property, it could be a big pay day. That's if they lived threw the court process.. 💯🪦⚰⚱👻😵🤣

This building looked so creepy cool at the beginning. Like a house in a scary movie at night but then see Tarzan swinging around during the day...lol. Seeing those vines fall off the building in huge clumps was awesome! Very entertaining. This is the 1st video that I've see from you guys. I hope the others are just as exciting. A parte mais cara de uma obra é o acabamento, esquadrias e o que vier seguinte. As esquadrias dessa casa não parecem ter padrões comuns (o que pode encarecer também). Talvez por ser uma casa tão grande, com pé direito alto, etc, não tiveram dinheiro pra etapa final. :/

I can't imagine the house being worth $50,000,000 - maybe $50,000 or even $500,000. // I do wish you had left the tree up by the front corner of the house - it would soften the look and provide a nice, shady place to sit and have a cup of tea or something cold to drink. (Hopefully the owner learned his lesson and is a good person, now.) // Is there a part 2 where the villa is cleaned (as described in your intro) and the bits and pieces of the overgrowth is removed to provide a nice, clean yard, or did you do it off-camera? At the end of the video, it just looks partially done.

Removing those vines from the house seems very dangerous. Imagine tangling your foot in that mass of vines and it suddenly lets go and drops to the ground.
