For the walking pad or regular walking, I recommend you use handweights (1-3lbs), so you’re able to effectively work your upper & lower body @ the same time. Plus, I also strongly recommend you learn the benefits & invest in soft kettlebells (Bionic Body). The K-B swing alternated with walking is something special; actually you can use them with any type of exercise you choose. KB’s will make you sore, but it works your whole body, & you will feel muscles & circulation going on from the neck down. It controls blood pressure the same as walking & its equivalent to running since it works your heart/lungs & a host of other benefits seriously….they are way better than those resistance bands.
