Lars being in Ninja Storm 2 was my introduction to the character, and I didn't know he was at ekken character. I just kept watching Naruto, waiting for lars to show up.
So he was adopted to pretty much be kazuya rival as a kid but then he found out and didnt care about all that and did his own thing but he hates Mishima still cause find out why he was adopted for not to be with a loved family that why all his Tekken ending are just him killing and trolling the Mishimas Jin also included till he finds out Jin kinda chill in Tekken 7 lol

Weird enough that Kazuya was basically the antihero and it made sense that he was because that's just him. I think if jin's reason was more understandable, it would make his heel turn more tragic and gave Lars more reasoning to be the protagonist.
I feel like I need to recommend the Dark Cloud games to you for this kind of thing, if only because of the fact that despite there only being two, they've got so much weird shit going on in them. Like the the duck-man doctor, or the transformers style flying fortress, or the talking slingshot that insults your enemies and gives you Navi style hints about what you're fighting.
not knowing much else other then this here- this would make me think they would do well to pivot onto making him the most evil character via 'increasingly more unhinged justice' as a desperate response and after he succeeds stoping the villains and then make all the evil characters seem slightly less evil by comparison, so as to keep the logic of the world and utilize Lars in a way that's compatible to what seems to be a very moral dark grey world that fans enjoy precisely because of that and they don't seem to want a "righteous" protagonist. maybe they'll accept him as a "righteous" villain or anti-hero decending.(maybe they already did this narrative in the previous game tho) (...basically make him a Negan or a 'unhinged older Batman' figure, but crank up the "we are the saviors and good guys" schtick to 11. take some inspiration from Negan/"corrupted-good-rebels", he was DLC so the concept is right there and approved by fans.)
I’m lowkey hoping him and Reina go toe to toe, since Reina got her Devil Awakened or whatever. Maybe Lars somehow needs to do something similar. (i don’t know how Reina fits into the Mishima family tree)
There is not much lore for her right now other than being heihachi daughter and being the only Mishima that likes and respects him to avenge him but devil thing not sure if she was born with devil gene or gained it from kazuya devil beam ? also heihachi got different wife's lol not all kids from kazumi
Lars not being available in any other Naruto game apart from Storm 2 is such a great exclusivity save. That and the final boss battle with Pain. Both huge selling points.
