    Great videos and exercises but everyone PLEASE remember to take care of your knees. It wasn't said here, but every time you do a squat exercise, your knees should not go forward ahead of your foot. Instead of pushing your knees forward too much, push your butt back a little bit so you don't put too much pressure on your knees. Talking from experience, I had knee issues and exercising this way helped me build strength without hurting myself.

    • @lukaposeidon8490
      @lukaposeidon8490 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Get the concert but it's a myth actually. If there is no issue with the knees then going knees over toes isn't bad. The knees over toes guy has great exercises to help you bulletproof your knees.

    • @flipmccringyoldaccount2747
      @flipmccringyoldaccount2747 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lukaposeidon8490 Yeah actually I discovered the knees over toes guy a year after that comment and tried his exercises, they are great, but still, even if you do those exercises he does, you have to be careful about your knees and watch out if they don't bend to left or right as that may cause pain.
      In the end, it all depends on the exercise you are doing and your own body, which, in my case, makes me extremely cautious about everything I do, 'cause I have not been blessed with too much of a durable body, so I just wanted to remind people to be careful. If you can, seek a professional who can watch you exercise and help you with it.
      When it comes to the knees over toes guy, the nordic curl exercise is a really good one, it strenghtens your legs without putting pressure on your knees.

I don't know how he didn't mention the good old sprint as a really good exercise to increase the vert. More plyos are key too, more exercises for energy absorbtion too. Technique can add like 2/3 even 5 inches if done correctly so it's gotta be mentioned too. But nice video overall.

      You would want to do it 6 times a week
      So you can rebuild those muscles on a rest day

    • @antonmgh
      @antonmgh 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your Sports your muscles need to rest 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ 3 times per week is optimum

      I mean you only need 3 rest days if your just beginning to workout which I’m gonna bet most people aren’t just starting
      But if you’ve been working out for at least a month you only need 1 rest day
      I know what I’m talking about

    • @cp-hs9mt
      @cp-hs9mt 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your Sports repeating the same exercises everyday doesn’t allow enough rest time in between workouts which actually increases injury risk, so I don’t really think you do know what you’re talking about lmao
