You will need to block 11200 for the visa appointment. And you can block the amount with one of such service provider

Prime will have more services included at less Price. If you don't need additional services they are offering you can just go with the normal one.

So I need to confirm my understanding please, so if I creat fintiba plus for example, and I paid 400Euro to creat account this bisaclly means that already have the 11,236Euro in sutor bank ?? To be more explicit, the 400 euro that all what I have to give to Fintiba and in return am at fact have 11,236Euro in Germany?? Am right?

Not sure about Fintiba, would suggest Coracle which will only cost 59 Euros apart from 11236 Euros.
