Oh I adore the way you described your spiritual/pagan practice being directly connected to your age regression because you felt most connected to it and nature as a child ❤ I feel that so deeply
I love hearing your perspective on things ☺️ and I’m really glad your journey with regression has been without much feeling of shame or embarrassment… I feel like mine has been completely the opposite unfortunately 😭 but I know there’s plenty of people out there who feel like me, I need to get those people together who deal with those feelings around regression and get some of their advice/tips. If anyone has their own experiences or things they’ve learned/tell themselves to help with feelings of shame/embarrassment/guilt with regression please feel free to share! 🙏💕
I have chronic migraines, and I get at least one a week typically and they usually last like two-three days, I regress a lot when I have a migraine, but it’s always impure, but ever since I started regressing, it’s been a lot less stressful
We enjoy your videos very much. Very informative and helpful for inner child work. We really appreciate your willingness to share your life and face the awful negativity from social media. Just keep being yourself! 🩷💖💛🩵 Sending supportive and healing vibes.🤗
Another great video. I love hearing your opinions based on your personal experiences. I also am such a huge fan of your content, it makes me feel so nostalgic. I feel like a kid again watching your videos and it brings so much peace to me. Please never stop making your videos, they're amazing. Btw i love your shirt, you have such cool style.
Ohh excited for the deep cleaning video! Some of my stuffies definitely need a deeper cleaning but I didn’t know you could do more than just spot clean haha
Watching ur videos is kinda making me space. I hate it when people who don’t need to escape reality like that hate on people who do. Just be glad that you have had a good childhood.
I hope this question isn’t ignorant in anyway, but with your illnesses how do you manage to keep your room and little space so clean and organized? It’s something I struggle with because not only do I have ADHD but I have autism, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. With my ADHD my brain is everywhere but with my autism I want everything to be perfect and neat. Unfortunately my ADHD usually wins the “battle”. Meaning my room is messy which bring out the anxiety so I clean my room then comes my ADHD brain again, forgetting where I put something which makes my brain go haywire so I have really big emotions at this time. After all that my room ends up a mess which causes immense pain but I’m so worn out that I can’t physically clean my room again and so I put it off. Idk if maybe you have any advice?
honestly it’s often not organized! my caregiver helps me clean it when it needs it, and helps me organize as well!! i’m sorry that that’s something you struggle with though- i don’t have ADHD personally so i’m not sure if my advice would be helpful 😅 maybe make a list of what needs to be done and focus on the smaller tasks that add up to the big picture? 🩷
Did you know that there’s a moana 2 coming out? Thought id recommend seeing it if you want to because I saw that moana was one of your favourite movies :3 hope you’ll be ok. 💖🎀
"Instead of focusing on connecting to the child you once were, connect to the inner child that exists in you now" THIS!!!
