@@ednasalinas5568 I think the best area in my opinion right now is Avon, because even though it's more expensive the demand is there. Very very low vacancy in that area. Right now with higher rates I'd search for lowest props in Avon

Beech grove used to be nice in the 90’s and 2000’s now its just pure downfall,to many drugs
