Two years ago Steve Bragg came up with the idea of a guitar pedal that worked like a modular synth. Today that pedal is a real thing called Zoia. He came to demo it in person at our Stompbox Booth at NAMM 2018.

I've been obsessed with this thing since I saw the first preview video...
I feel that i will be able to have Max MSP in my pedalboard, and that makes me sooooooo happy!
Is the Zoai capable of creating all the same reverb algorithms found in the Empress Reverb Pedal? Or all the same delay flavors found in their Echosystem pedal? In other words, does this pedal replace their other pedals or are you going to find more specific reverb/delay/etc options on their specific pedals?
From what my friends who have the Zoia say... you could probably get close to most sounds but not exactly the same. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help. You should check out the other hands on demos here on TH-cam!
