Reviewed multiple bikes online & was in a quandry which to buy to support my 2023 fitness program to lose 40 lbs by Summer. Then I saw this TH-cam review which was far more informative than other reviews of all bikes. So I bought it including the optional setup fee & now I'm "rocking & rolling" in my townhouse, oblivious to the weather & when coupled with swimming 60 laps [1 mile] 3X/week, weight training 5X/week, walking 3 miles 3X/week & cycling 12 miles X2/week, this excellent Yosuda stationary bike will keep me on target re. my weight-loss goal!!

I was disappointed when I got this bike and the resistance know has no preset metrics. I'm new to riding so I'm not sure if that's a big deal with experienced riders or they prefer no preset resistance. Ultimately I'd just like some consistency in my training. Like if I hit a max resistance of 10 for 30 seconds for 1st day of training, how long can I sustain it for day 30 of training. I know there's other metrics the device gives you, such as speed and distance, but depending on how you feel one day the next day the precieved difficulty of resistance you've set for yourself may vary. Anyone experienced riders have any suggestions on gaging resistance, other than basing it on feel or heart rate?

60 laps in a 25 yard pool is 3,000 yards way more than a mile, if you meant 60 lengths that would be 12 lengths short of a mile...

Man I bought this bike and the resistance didn’t work sent it back and the new one they sent gave me the same problem
