    This week Master Yan Xin shares with us a basic Shaolin Kung Fu movement, Gong Bu Xie Xing 弓步斜形 ( Gong Bu Diagonal Shape). This movement that can enhance our explosive power and Twisting power.

    Love how you explain every movement. I feel a lot of time people say stances are silly but they do serve a greater purpose. Wish people would stop with the superiority complex of MMA style fighting and see the beauty in Kung Fu.

      Climber Bill i studied a lot as a kid, but getting back into kung fu as a 20 year old and observing a lot of different styles, and their many individual techniques and skills, the one thing that unifies them all is the same system of basic stances: zuobu, gongbu, mabu, xubu, pubu, xiebu, and dulibu.
      studying them will only make whatever you study better, theyre so generally fundamental to combat that its unwise to ignore proper stance training.

      +KUNGFU.LIFE hai master your tutorials are very fantastic I love it actually Iam from Tamil nadu which was located in India and famous for budidarma who was the founder of shaouline kung fu I had one doubt that which part we have to use in kick toe or hell in Karate they using toes but some peoples saying if we use toes it will hurt which is correct master

    Hi shifu. I used to train in xiao hung quan and basic sanda... Due to some reason I was unable to train bcoz there are a lot of issues to train... I am now willing to train again. Where should I begin from? Plz share some info and advice if you have...

    Always taken aback by our ability to convey Instruction and your own energy through your videos. The music was a little bit too loud though, sorry had to watch it serval time to hear everything you were saying, Maybe you could re-realise it with a minor adjustment to the music overlay.

      Jeovane Leite Paredes i dont know about small flood fist/xiao hong quan, but i think its an 18 arhat hands/ba shi luohan shou movement.
