Ding Zi Bu “T-stance” Let’s practice 20-40 times each day.
It’s a very important Kung Fu foundation stance used mainly for moving across forward and back diagonally, and whilst moving, the stance helps to keep body balance, also it prepares the body for the next movement.
    Stance names:
    T-stance/Nail stance
    Ding Zi Bu丁字步
Kung Fu Drills can improve our Kung Fu, Martial arts, and other sports, so lets keep on practicing drills and make our foundation solid and Kung Fu more perfect. In Chinese we have a saying, if we only train techniques and forms but not drills in the end you have learnt nothing.(Lian Quan Bu Lian Gong, Dao Lao Yi Chang Kong, 练拳不练功,到老一场空)

Thank you for the video!! It helped a lot. My t stance on my right side is very poor due to spraining my ankle last year! Do you have any tips for increasing the flexibility in it to improve my stance?
